Very nice host, lovely surroundings, owners have a small horse and alpaca farm, the room itself and common areas are very clean and modern

Quiet, chilled out spot with cool animals. Would highly recommend if needing a place to stay in this area.
Nothing, everything was great.

The house was immaculate, tidy, ready for any needs, and down to the little finesse details. Was private, and just fit all our needs and would definitely stay again. Even came with some rural life, some horses and a big ol' dog and goodness boy Larry. Jackie was lovely and patient, even took the time to do a quick switch due to needing to check in way earlier and she was great! The location was also great close to food venues and still away to feel like your on holiday.
Nothing to say I didn't like.

Unique Equestrian Lifestyle is a lovely place to stay. Stayed in the Twin Room with Shared Bathroom, very comfy beds with a view out of the window to the horses and alpacas. Bathroom was great with a really good shower and bath. Kitchen and lounge area were nice, with tea/coffee making facilities and fresh milk provided. Jackie and Larry the dog were very friendly and welcoming, place exactly as described and shown in pictures. Peaceful location, the centre of Hamilton isn't walkable but we knew that when booking and there is free parking onsite if you drive as we did. Would definitely recommend and happily stay again!
Only negative was that we were only staying one night!

It was an interesting setup, with a venue for large functions on the property.
We liked the large bedroom and the ensuite with fancy fittings.
The kitchen was cold in the morning, but we had lovely sun coming in.

There was no breakfast. I was surprised as I thought it was included but evidently not.
There was coffee tea etc and fresh milk.
The inclusion of a continental breakfast. Bread, butter, conserves, Oats and cereals Yogurt.
It would be better to have 1 single bed and 1 Kingsize in each twin bedroom.

Handy location near Hamilton. It was so quiet, no road noise. We went for a short walk to see the Alpaca and horses.

Lovely home in a beautiful countryside setting. Close to Hamilton. - very quiet and peaceful. Great kitchen and bathrooms and plenty of space to sit and relax.
Didn't realize that when we booked the master bedroom and a twin room that the other twin room could be booked by another couple. They were luckily very quiet respectful people but we had assumed we would have the whole p.ace to ourselves. This needs to be obvious before you book.

Lovely quiet location, and seeing the horses...is unique. Neat dog.

more valuable to choose! it’s a nice place to have a good rest 👍, away from noise! I haven’t had a such nice sleep for long term before I was here. peaceful world! purely lifestyle: their own horses, dog are friendly to the visitors, such as a little zoo at the back yard. that’s the most valuable thing they have. my kid is very excited to see the little animals. my baby didn’t want to go before leaving 👍
all good, especially suitable for big family

Quiet, loads of space, luxurious bathroom

The room and facilities were very clean. We could use the communal fridge and freezer (and the rest of the kitchen, diningroom and lounge if we would have wanted) there were even some breakfast cerials and milk/tea/coffee.
We hadn’t realised when we booked the bathroom was communal (we should have for this price) but as there were only two other rooms it wouldn’t have been a problem, only our room was against the bathroom and we could hear the use of taps.

Amazing kitchen, bathroom and bed! We felt so welcomed by the owner as well and was brilliant to see the horses in the morning. For information, the kitchen had a microwave, oven and kettle along with pots pans and crockery

Nice quiet location, we were the only guests at the time so we didn't have to share facilities which was nice. The accomodation had an equestrian theme 🐎 and we could see the owners horses from where we were staying.
The room's were comfortable and there's a shared kitchen area with everything you need to cook your own meals. Oven, hob, toaster microwave etc.
There's a comfy lounge with TV and doors opening onto the patio area overlooking fields.
The bathroom has a walk in shower and a nice large bath which is in an alcove with clear views outside and the sky. Nothing like relaxing at night in the bath, looking up at the star's 🌟
A good location to explore the local area and Hamilton gardens are not far away.
A day trip out to Raglan, on the west coast is a must.

A beautiful place to enjoy a comfortable stay among the fields. We made full use of the kitchen and dining areas and watched the sun set over the paddocks.
We benefitted from full use of the space as the other guests weren't in very often however we initially didn't realise we'd be sharing the bathroom.
Not walking distance to anywhere but we knew this in advance.

The owners are very nice and supportive. You also need to watch out for their curious dog.
I was disappointed by the breakfast since I expected more than cereals, milk and a muffin. You need a car to get to the next supermarket.

Wonderful place to stay, the whole house is super clean and well organized, nice sitting areas and a very well equipped kitchen. Outside the property is beautiful scenery and lots of space to take a walk and enjoy a tea/coffee outdoor. The owners are very friendly and super nice. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and only wished we had time to stay for longer.

We did not have breakfast as the other people that were booked in were packing up and it was too busy in the kitchen. Cereals, milk, sugar, a range of coffees and teas and bread and spreads were offered though and would be great when / if we stay there again. The room and beds were comfy, the bathroom was very nice, but we did not use it much as it was shared with others again, and we did not want to bother them. The farm is pretty and the dog is cute. The lady who welcomed us and showed us around and greeted us when we left was also very nice.
Sharing the house with people we did not know. They were friendly enough, but we did not want to intrude when they were in the kitchen / lounge / bathroom etc.
