RESIDENCE MGM 4 ****: Les Balcons Etoilés (December 2017) APARTMENT 6 PEOPLE - 3 ROOMS - 2 BATHROOMS 9th FLOOR - SOUTH-WEST ORIENTATION - LARGE BALCONY - MOUNTAIN VIEW FOOT OF TRACKS - TELECABINE DEPARTURE - ESF CHAMPAGNY EN VANOISE - LA PLAGNE - LES ARCS - PARADISKI _________________________________________________________________________ The brand new MGM residence "Les Balcons Etoilés" is located at the top of the Champagny-en-Vanoise resort and offers an unobstructed view of the village and the Vanoise mountains. It is located at the arrival of the slopes, a few meters from the departure of the cable car connecting the station to the Paradiski ski area (La Plagne and Les Arcs - 425 km of slopes). Free public parking is available at the foot of the residence. Champagny, traditional mountain village beautifully preserved, offers many shops and restaurants as well as a swimming pool and spa open summer-winter a few minutes walk from the apartment The Vallon de Champagny le Haut is home to the Nordic site and offers cross-country ski trails, snowshoe and pedestrian trails in a classified natural site. The 55 m2 apartment is located on the 9th floor of the residence (2 elevators) and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It is made up of 3 rooms: a main room (the kitchen-dining room and the living room), two spacious bedrooms (one with a shower room), a bathroom and a WC. DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT: • ENTRANCE HALL with coat rack • SUPER EQUIPPED KITCHEN with ceramic hob, microwave combination fridge, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, raclette machine, toaster, electric juicer, ..., complete cookware set and quality dishes. • MEAL CORNER with 160X80 rectangular table (+ extension), 6 chairs and two stools. • LIVING ROOM with large picture window offering a magnificent view of the mountains. Convertible sofa (140 cm bed), armchair, coffee tables, jam maker 1 door, chest of drawers 3 drawers, flat screen TV connected to WIFI. Large closet (wardrobe and storage) • BEDROOM 1: Two 80X200 beds that can be pushed together. Cupboard with wardrobe and shelves. Bedside tables and lamps. • BEDROOM 2: Large double bed of 160X200. Bed bridge with wardrobe and shelves + SHOWER ROOM with WC, vanity unit with basin, towel radiator, hair dryer. • BATHROOM: Bathtub with shower screen, vanity unit with basin, towel radiator, drying washing machine. • separate WC • BALCONY: Large 12 m balcony facing south-west. Wooden lounge chairs. Fermob chairs and table. ADDITIONAL STRENGTHS: You will be welcomed in Champagny by the para-hotel agency V3V services, who will give you your keys. • Ski room, on the ground floor of the residence, equipped with a boot dryer. • Linen and towels included in the winter rate (beds made on arrival). • End of stay cleaning included in the price. • Free WIFI • All other para-hotel services are available at an additional cost and on request via V3V services (regular cleaning, transport, breakfast, shopping, equipment, ...). DEPOSIT: Deposit of 1000 € (imprint of credit card, cash or check) to be paid upon delivery of the keys. Weekly rental from Saturday 5 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.

Great property right next to lifts and parking . Excellent standard of decor and equipment with hotel standard beds and bedding , also great to have both bath and shower. Amazing view and lovely large balcony big enough for all to sit on. Very much appreciated being let in early by kind host . Excellent property would rent again.

The apartment was great, felt like a smart hotel and all of the fixtures, fittings and facilities were of very high quality. The host were very helpful, we had a small issue with the wifi on the first evening but they did their best to resolve this as soon as possible. (The wifi is great by the way!). The location of the apartment is great too as it is a very short distance from the gondola and if the snow it good you can ski to within 30m of the door on your return home. The only disappointment was that the listing implied that the apartment had access to a communal poll - which as we found there wasn't one in the block we wrongly assumed we had use of the one next door. This was rather embarrassing when we were asked to leave by the owner. The pool listed is actually the local municipal pool which is quite a long way to get to. I would have had no hesitation in giving 5 stars as a review except for this one issue which I think was really just a misunderstanding, however as there was a non-skiier in our group was a key reason why we made the booking in the first place - hence the 4 rather than 5 stars.
