Magnífica escapada en temporada baja

Ubicación magnífica; personal encantador; instalaciones muy buenas también.

La limpieza de nuestra habitación el día de la llegada no era la mejor, pero en cuanto lo hicimos saber en la recepción lo solucionaron de inmediato.

Agradable estancia pero necesita una revisión.

Me gustó el trato y que siempre intentaron mejorar los problemas que se plantearon en la habitación. La ubicación es muy buena, con vista al mar después del cambio de la misma por un problema con la habitación.

No sé de quién fue la culpa si de booking o del hotel, pero debería ser posible reservar habitaciones con camas grandes si es posible y si no lo es que booking no te deje hacerlo. A lo mejor sería mejor llamar directamente al hotel para confirmar.

The hotel exceeded our expectations and was very good value for money.

Excellent location right on the beach - we loved the roof terrace cocktail bar with the infinity pool!

Absolutely a no-go for relaxing type of vacation

Staff very friendly and attentive

Poor soundproof rooms, you’ll hear your next door guest breathing. Shampoo not provided. Floor was not cleaned every day. They charge 2eur fee with every swap of pool towels

Great location, great accommodation, great staff and secure parking. We visited for the Ruta Del Atún and didn’t eat in the hotel apart for a good buffet breakfast but no doubt the lunch and dinner options would have been fine. The whiskey collection is amazing.

Pleasant Night Away in Zahara De Los Atunes

Location is excellent! Beach front hotel and extremely near to plenty of good restaurants. Staff very amicable! We did not have breakfast included in the room or had lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurant so cannot comment on quality, etc.

Room is dated and there was a strong smell of humidity which wasn't pleasant. Bed not the most comfortable either but we were out all day on both days at the beach, town centre & restaurants so it was not a big issue for our one night stay. Had our stay been longer we would have asked for another room especially because of the stuffiness and humid smell. The fitness centre is not a fitness centre! It is a very small room with very old and outdated equipment which consisted of a lat pull down machine, treadmill and cross trainer and one set of low weight plastic weights...to be honest it was the poorest excuse of a fitness centre I have every encountered!

Fabulous location. Right next to the beach. Short walk to loads of restaurants and bars. Lovely pool garden with a big pool and loads of shade from the well established palms and other trees. Visited by many birds, that took the opportunity to have a drink or a bathe in the pool. Very peaceful in Oct. Possibly not so in July and August. Great food from the restaurant lunchtimes and evenings, if you didn't want to venture out.

It was a shame that we arrived just after the roof top pool and bar area was closed for the season, but the garden pool area was lovely.

Great location near the beach. Adult only infinity pool with beautiful views especially at sunset. The main pool is good for swimming. Friendly and helpful staff made us feel comfortable and welcome.

The buffet breakfast was a little chaotic. Having everything laid out in a line meant the guests were squeezing past each other. However the food was very good

location was the only good thing. they also let us borrow a sun umbrella

we booked this place because of the parking, AC and wifi. and we basically did not get any of those things. For parking you have to make sure to call in advance cause place is limited. The AC and wi fi were not working at all. This was the worst stay that i had in all of the south of spain. this place was not even cheap. They did apply a "discount" to our fare cause nothing was working basically, but in all honesty i think i deserved a total refund. Rooms are old and smell musty, the shower does not have a shower curtain so everything gets wet. All in all a terrible stay. Value for money = 0

Good but could be better

The location is perfect. Near the beach and a few minutes away from the shops and restaurants. The bathtub was also bigger than expected. We also liked the small pool, which is very handy when there is so much wind now and then.

The beds were to hard for me. For the price I would expect better beds. The price was to high for the quality of the room. The location was great though.
