Camera ampia e silenziosa; bagno ampio e funzionale. Pulizia curata in tutt ala struttura. I gestori sono molto cortesi e molto gentili. La colazione e' a buffet ed e' buona. L'hotel e' in un quartiere silenzioso e tranquillo.

Residenz Joop is located in a beautiful villa area, at walking distance from the center of Magdeburg. We were travelling with our dog and made a pre-arrangement with the hotel to take our four-legged friend with us, which was absolutely no problem. Public parking in the streets near the hotel was generally not a problem (however, don´t forget the mandatory green badge for the applicable low emission zone). We would highly recommend Residenz Joop for a stay in Magdeburg.

I didnt liked the receptionist which was shouting at me that she have to leave at 8 oclock, When I arrived there where none in a hotel, they decided to give me a number which is on the lower ground which is frustrating for the money they charged. No fridge jn the number, no even a kettle to boil some water for tea, no soap in the bath. I booked it because of the reviews from the guests , it was an mistake… Breakfest boiled egs some hamm and some chees, very very poor. I strongly dissrecomend this place

I had a really lovely stay here, and I'll definitely be back. - Incredibly friendly staff! Extremely helpful, personable, and easy to chat with. - Spacious, bright room, perfect for a solo traveller. - Potentially the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. - Lovely and quiet. - The shower was mega powerful. - Room was absolutely immaculate.

Two very tiny niggles, which are just me being fussy. - Needs more plug sockets in the room, especially one near the bed if it's possible. - A full length mirror would have been fabulous.
