The staff, the location is great, room and bed better that any hotel I have visit before and the breakfast is always fantastic!!! It is a second home for me now!!!!

We came to the hotel about 11 am and the room was ready. We woke up really early and we could rest. Highly recommended!

L’accueil très sympa pareil pour la dame la plus jeune du petit déjeuné
La dame plus âgé du petit déjeuner. Étant du métier je trouve vraiment dommage de passer pour prendre quelque chose au bar de l’hôtel à 10:50 que je me fasse agresser car c’est finis le petit déjeuner de cette façon alors que l horaire m’avais bien confirmer que c’était jusqu a 11:00 et que je venais simplement prendre un café. C’est vraiment très dommage d’avoir aucune flexibilité pour un hôtel 4 étoiles moi qui allait juste consommer plus et donc dépenser plus dans l’hôtel. Surtout qu attendant ma famille je vois le personnel se servir au petit déjeuner. Encore une fois dommage pour l’hôtel de charme et pour le personnel de l’accueil et du bar qui est clairement plus sympa.

Bon standing propre et bien situé
Du bruit le matin des 8h. Des travaux dans l’ascenseur de l’hôtel qui m’ont empêché de dormir. Aucun mot de la part du personnel. Dommage…

The location quite good
- Someone coming into our room with a keycard at 00.15, turns out they double book the room. The morning after, the staff said “it’s because you sleep in a wrong room number” (yet, them give us a keycard that is working into the “wrong” room).
- The glass in our room is broken.

Really loved the location and the hotel in general

Train tracks were near but not bothering. Air con worked well.
Parking is expensive (45CHF per day). We had two rooms, one was ok another had some minor things broken/needing change.

Great location as all the restaurants and sites are within walking distance or a very short ride on tram or uber, if needed.

The receptionists are outstanding, helpful and friendly.
The location is good but the room we got at the back is not soundproof that you can hear every train passing by. The coffee maker was not working and the sink was clogged up...but they fixed it right away when informed, that's why we give the staff an excellent review.

the hotel was so noisy I couldn’t sleep bc of the noise of the train, also no one help us to put our luggage on the car.
