Ambiente, Kulinarisch bestens!Wasser top!

We had an outstanding stay. The hotel is simply marvelous, with great attention to interior design in common areas.
We were offered an upgrade at a very convenient fare and were promptly moved to a better room.
After checking in you can already enjoy the thermal baths, but what's great is that also after the check out you can stay the whole day in the public area! Please consider this when booking, it's such an asset.
Breakfast and dinner were very tasty and well presented, at dinner, we tried both meat and fish.
Welcome drinks and goodbye souvenirs for hosts are a nice touch and overall, the whole staff is friendly and eager to help:
- I asked the receptionist for slippers which I hadn't packed and immediately got them
- On the first night I called the reception and was provided with additional different pillows for better sleep
- Towels and robes can be changed at any time at the public thermal bath reception
- We asked for a transfer to the train station and got it free of charge
Special mention to the bartender, we tried Negroni and Moscow Mule and they were both remarkable.
Also, the resort is 5 min close to a nice local family-managed vinery where you can have lunch at - Weinhof Buschenschank Pieber. Amazing food and wines, great prices.
We'll definitely come back!
This is a minor concern, but having a courtesy set would be nice; it is expected in a 4-star hotel, and supermarkets are not really close.

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the hotel as well as our rooms were clean and comfortable. We had half-board and found the breakfast buffet and evening meal menu were delightful with food from the region. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by how calm and quiet it was, just what I needed!
Nothing really :) The double bed could be a tad bigger (french size).

I liked the small details as the welcome drink at arrival and the apple chips in the room; it adds to the experience. The bar is very nice and relaxing. The private spa area for hotel guests is a real spa area with various saunas and thermal pool.
We took the inclusive option with dinner and breakfast. The dinner main dish had 3 options (beef, fish or vegetarian). We had beef and vegetarian and we were very happy with them. Antipasti, salad, soup and dessert were from buffet with lots of choices. Breakfast was just great, buffet style with many options and excellent bread choices.
Service overall was super, helpful and efficient; just keep in mind that even if in the reception they speak English they are not using it a lot (the main clientele seemed local) so you have to be a little patient if you do not speak German.
The public Therme was very good; with more pools and saunas offers compared to the private one. Maybe we were lucky but it was not too crowded and we had no trouble finding chairs, etc. We had lunch at the Therme restaurant, food was good and prices reasonable.
Some minor things that are good to know; the TV is old with only cable access, not a problem if you plan to stay in the Spa or having a nice time at the bar and in our bedroom the shower was on the small side which could be a problem if you are a plus size.

It is our second time already at the hotel and would recommend it for a relaxing weekend out of the city. We love the possibility to choose between the private spa of the hotel and the main thermal baths. Moreover the breakfast buffet is fantastic!
Overall nothing major. If the hotel rooms had the same charme of the main entrance and the common areas, it would be a 10/10

The stay at the hotel was really, really pleasant and very fun.
Service - everywhere we encountered excellent service, at the reception, in the spa, room cleaning staff and in the dining room. Excellent service! Special thanks to Anita Weinzelf.
Dining room - very good breakfast. Excellent dinner with a buffet of salads and soups and an excellent chef's main course served at the table (meat/fish/vegetarian) and excellent desserts. we had our own table with our name on it during the
entire stay. It was excellent
Rooms - The room was spacious, heated, very clean, comfortable beds and a balcony.
Arrival - we arrived by train and asked a shuttle to pick us up from the station right on time.
Spa - there is the hotel's private spa which is great, clean, has several saunas, a jacuzzi pool, lots of sitting areas and rest rooms. High level spa! In addition to this, there is the public spa that you can enter with a chip watch that you receive on the first day and allows entry to any place and activity in the hotel.
The hotel lobby and bar are very pleasant, beautifully designed and spacious for sitting.Communication - the hotel responded to us on every question and request before our arrival and it was really excellent for us
nothing!

the location, the view, the therme, the staff were very nice, breakfast and dinner were ok
the room was poor (for a 4 stars hotel), our room didn’t have a view, even though we booked a room with terrace (the terrace was to chairs in the backyard of the resort), the room wasn’t so clean, didn’t had a coffee machine, to beds brought together can easily slip away, the pillows were horrible.
the sauna can’t be accessed even with a bathing suit or a towel (only naked), which didn’t suit us very well.

- you are in the middle of the nature
- and not so much people there
- Food was extraordinary
- you have so much spaces to relax there in the hotel complex
- didnt habe Ventilation in our toilet , someone came but didn’t fix
- if you have the number of the hotel bar in your room and you call there( was before midnight ) and no one responded , then I called Reception and they answered :“if you want a drink on your room , you have to go for yourself „
why I can call hotel bar if I am not allowed to order a drink? in a Four star hotel ?

fabulous and spacious spa and wellness area with sport pools to also swim
food buffet is fine and offers lots of variety but it’s not super fancy
