Hela konceptet var mysigt och familjärt☀️. Personalen var supertrevliga och servicen var perfekt. För oss som
var på genomresa i Tyskland var detta ett bra stop. kostnadsfri parkering precis utanför hotellet. Frukosten var supergod varierande och väldigt prisvärd👍🏻 Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. 👌🏻☺️

Der Flur zu den Zimmern war schön.
Die Zimmer waren etwas schmuddelig.Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Badezimmer staubig,Armaturen,fugen bei der Dusche nicht ansehlich😕

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Lage ist günstig.
Das Inventar war wohl neueren Ursprungs, ABER aus dem Wasserhahn kam kaum Wasser, so verkalkt war er somit war das waschen am Morgen schwierig.

The well located and was not difficult to find. We arrived very late at the place and the staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful.
The booking on the internet was not aligned with what received the hotel. Fortunately the personal was very opened to adapt everything.

Staff and food was top notch.
It was quite hot in the room. A vertical fan was provided but still was hot. There is no air-conditioning in the rooms.

Well-situated, comfortable and clean, with free parking. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite. Simple but good value for money.

It was a nice stay for one night. The hotel and its neighborhoods are pretty quiet. We had a very good breakfast. I would like to return some day.
The parking lot was almost full. I always look for parking places at the hotels I'm checking in and I even make reservation if possible. I tried to find an empty spot. Lucky for me, someone was leaving.

Unfortunately we have found cockroaches in the room. The receptionist gave us different room, but there was cockroach as well so it is was not an isolated problem, what was told to us. Around midnight we did not find anyone at the reception so we contacted the owner by phone and left the hotel immediately. The bugs were german cockroaches (blattella germanica) as demostrated by the provided video. That is simply unacceptable. The room is clearly unsuitable for use and also has an unpleasant smell. It was impossible to fing other accomodation deep in the night and we were forced to change the plans for the last day of holidays and to drive to Prague 550km. The owner Mr. Mario Ivancic sent an apologizing message, trying to explain, that this sort of insect flies from outside and it is not their fault. This is nonsense. It is result of low level of sanitation of the object.

Good lighting in the room. It is really nice, and relaxing to the sit on the sofa in the morning.

Clean, quiet and very friendly staff. Breakfast is plentiful and excellent.
The room was described to have one queen and one double bed, suitable for a five member family with a kid up to 3 years old. The double bed was a sofa, which opened as a single bed and the queen bed were two single 90cm beds attached together.
The pillows are too big and very soft. If you prefer a hard pillow when sleeping you will have problem here.
