Precioso hotel en el corazón de Sóller

El personal, muy amable y servicial. El tamaño de la habitación y el baño, muy confortable

Como casi siempre, las almohadas de hotel son el punto negativo en una gran habitación. Buena habitación, buena cama, pero queda ensombrecido por unas almohadas incómodas y que les falta relleno y calidad

Would use the hotel again, most enjoyable apart from the AC issue.

Location, staff.

Air conditioning was faulty, had to move rooms. The hotel staff dealt with this very well.

Great location in a relaxed, comfortable environment.

The location, friendly staff, comfortable with great aircon, 2 pools and excellent breakfasts.

My room was beautiful especially with the balcony looking out onto the mountains. Perfect location, in the middle of town but also peaceful enough. Staff were very helpful!

A little expensive overall, considering the offerings in the area but nothing to fault specifically

Honestly not a 5 star because of the above.

The food and the staff

Pools much too small. No balcony. No atmosphere in the evenings. Residents lounge too basic. No English news channels or sports channels on TV. Strong stale odour in the outdoor breakfast area.

Exceptional

Excellent service from the check in to the check out everything in between. The staff is pleasant and professional. The location is right in the center of Soller. The car park eliminates a good deal of hassle and stress. On top of that, the breakfast was high quality and enjoyable. I will definitely return.

Best pool view I've ever seen

Lovely hotel with very friendly knowledgeable staff. Perfect base for us to go and do some hillwalking and to explore Soller

everything at this hotel will is top notch!!! the room is great and the towels were thick and there are bathrobes (love this). breakfast is included and delicious. you can walk to town and to the train station.

Grand traditional hotel in tge heart of Soller.

Great location in the middle of Soller. Traditional Grand hotel with pools/bars and excellent breakfast. Very attentive staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area.

Air conditioning didn't work well. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Exceptional

Absolute delight, from the moment you arrive, the staff on the front desk are exceptionally well presented, nice to see staff in suits & ties, all other staff were fantastic from restaurant, bar, cleaning and general staff, all very helpful and pleasant. Food at breakfast and dinner was the highest standard. Hotel is beautiful. Cant fault anything.

Beautiful location and hotel, would stay there again.

roof top pool with views of the mountains location in the middle of Soller, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable.

Didn’t seem able to cook eggs properly, burnt scrambled eggs, omelette burnt on the outside and uncooked in the middle.

Hotel and staff great, but consider booking direct with hotel for a better price

Staff were fantastic. Couldn't do enough to make our stay a very good one.

Nothing about the hotel, which I'd recommend without hesitation. Our problem is with Booking.com. We travelled with two other couples. We booked through Booking.com, as did one other couple, whilst third couple booked direct with the hotel. We all booked same standard of room, for same dates. Our friends who booked direct with the hotel were allocated a larger room, with more superior view and they paid €250 less than the Booking.com price. I'll be considering going direct to the hotel in the future if you can get such a benefit by doing it yourself.

Perfect place to start our trip to Mallorca. Take the tram to port Soller and swim there.

Great selection of fresh cakes, meats etc with hot delicious breakfast options.
