Fabulous hotel in Palma. ❤️

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Beds were super comfortable. Rooftop terrace was so lovely too.

Kommen gern wieder.

Sehr moderne Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung.Safe ,Mini Bar ,Kleine Kaffeemaschine usw. Dachterrasse mit kleinen Pool und kleiner Bar. Großes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Es gibt von uns nichts negatives zu Bewerten.

Wenn wir noch einmal an die Playa de Palma fahren, dann wieder in dieses Hotel.

Sehr schönes Erwachsenenhotel in guter Lage (2. Strandreihe) an der Playa de Palma (bei balneario 11). Moderne Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel wirklich sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl (auch einige spanische Produkte). Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht!

Great breakfast, nice facility, close to the see. Fast internet. Clean rooms and great service

Size of the shower cabin - ridiculously tiny. I am tall and slim but for the bigger person it may not be possible to turn around.

Amazing stay , 100% recommended and definitely be back.

Everything! Good location, convenient to travel from the airport and get bus to Palma. Staff were very friendly and helpful , always smiling and make efforts to approach guests. Pool area and rooftop bar is lovely.

The hotel was beautiful, and in a excellent location in the centre of everything you could wish for on a holiday, Palma city only a 15 minute bus ride too! The most beautiful place I have ever been on a holiday.

Nice, clean and quiet hotel close to beach.

Very nice room. Nice shower. 100% Clean. Close to beach. Close to supermarket. Close to bus station. 4 star quality food. Has a large shower room that can be reserved for when leaving after checkout. Far away from the loud and horrible German party area.

No changing the beachtowels sooner than 3 days usage because of 'ecological' reasons which I found unhygienic. The hot water in the shower constantly changed temperature from hot to very hot when opened maximum. The woman at the reception was not friendly at all when her mentor wasn't around. The fruitbasket at the buffet was too small for the amount of people.

Hotel is very clean and well maintained. facilities are all in great shape and design is very good. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. bus stop is just a few steps out of the hotel with a bus that goes directly to city center or airport. breakfast and dinner are sooo good.

Great place for couples

I was researching Palma hotel for quite a long time so here is my detailed review. -The hotel is 3 minutes away from the beach and there is a bus stop right in front of it -The staff I encountered were always friendly and helpful -Beach towels and room safe were provided free, so disregard any negative comments about it -I didn't face any issues with the elevators, the wait was never longer than 1-2 minutes -The hotel and facilities look newly furnished and quite stylish; my personal highlight was the rooftop terrace with a bar -They would clean our room every day! -Breakfast was diverse enough to eat something new every day of a week; all products were fresh and tasty; the dining area is clean and looks aesthetically pleasing

-It really depends on your level of comfort, but the bathroom and shower are not completely isolated from the room. The doors are made of glass so there is barely any noise cancellation or privacy -I agree with other people's comments about the strange bedding that comes with the duvet. They basically don’t have a proper cover for your blanket and put it in between of two regular bed sheets which is not comfortable and looks weird

Donat trust the pictures room very small.

The rooms very small. Without light. I will never choose this place to stay again, nice fotos back if was a big deception for me. Sorry.

Fantastic staff to a hotel that can improve to truly become a star in the region

Definetly the staff was amazing, congratulations to all of you. Sebas, Ro, Edgar the paisa, Lorena and Valentina. Thank you for an amazing stay. The fact that the hotel is pet friendly is a winner as well.

Small details: 1. Shower went from freezing to burning hot. 2. The toilet dripped which made it impossible to sleep (it was fixed promptly) 3. I really wanted to like the food but over a 6 day stay I only really liked one dish. The food is average at best. Horrible orange juice at breakfast. 4. Maintenance drilling at 9.30 AM in the restaurant is a NO GO! 5. Cant 100% tell for sure that we got bed bugs but my wife was all covered in bites after the 5th day.

Location and staff was really nice.

I booked and paid for "adults only" in order to relax. The hotel was not adults only, they informed me they had to move me. My stay was "a scream". As a compensation I was offered later check out which I accepted,but not happy at all. Receptionist was nice though.

very close to the beach.

the air conditioning does not work because is the autumn season, even if the weather is over 25 degrees. We had to let the door open from our balcony during the night, otherwise it was too warm in the room.

the location was great, very stylish,a great selection for breakfast was really good. we had a very early flight and they gave us breakfast before we left.

a couple of things in the room could have been thought out better. the placement of the soap dispenser was really far away from the sink and no kettle or hot drink making facilities and the aircon wasn't great so the room was abit hot.

Clean, boho hotel set in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel decor was fab, beachy, relaxed, boho vibes, very clean and had great facilities. The reception had a really lovely scent! Breakfast had a great range also, would definitely recommend :) Great location with short drive into Palma and about 5 minutes to/from Palma airport!

The room was very clean and I got upgraded for a small fee... The balcony was perfect. The hotel is almost across the street from the beach. I will definitely come back here.
