Renovated brand new room was spacious, well kept and had nice furniture. Equipment in the kitchen was in good condition, the room included even a full-size fridge. The pool area was very spacious and not too crowded. The price for the room was very great and would have been even better if I had company in the same room.

The rooms were pretty hot all my stay with no air conditioning. Reception wasn’t open 24/7 which is good to notice if you arrive a bit later like I did. The location was pretty far away from Playa del Ingles (including Yumbo etc.) and even though the beach route was nice, it affected my trip negatively. I was aware of that when booking and thought it would be doable, but the next time I’d really book closer to the centre.

Nice and quiet complex with 25 beautiful renovated duplex houses, sun all day. Daily cleaning is done extremely well.

What a shame that bar Olga was so fenced in. A wooden fence on the streetside and a glass (not see through) wall on the poolside. So you have no view to the pool. I think this was recently done. No vegetarian options like f.i. veggie burger, only salad. The only thing that is provided in the kitchen is teatowels. You have to buy pepper, salt, oil, washing up liquid and so on. After you leave it is taken out of the apartent.

Quiet, nice pool, good outdoor space and 2 balconies, fresh bread could be ordered daily. Great bar with tasty food just at entrance.Great space in rooms and living area.

Kitchen not too well equipped, only 2 or 3 sockets. Had to unplug toaster to boil kettle or coffee machine.Didnt cook dinner as nearby bar had really good food and good value

wifi signal just outside, and not even reaching our bungalow
