Bel appartement, bien situé et bien équipé mais un peu sonore avec un calme dépendant de vos voisins

Appartement spacieux, fonctionnel, bien équipé et propre (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, climatisation, appareils ménagers). Accès à la piscine facile. Accès à la plage toute proche en moins de 10 minutes par une route bien pentue, c'est tout le charme de Nerja. Stationnement facile début mai.

L'appartement fait partie d'un complexe où toutes les terrasses sont ouvertes sur la piscine. Lorsque vos voisins dînent sur la terrasse le soir (ou plutôt la nuit) vous profitez à fond de leur conversation. L'ensemble du bâtiment est assez sonore, il faut vraiment compter sur le calme de vos voisins. Les photos proposés sur le site Booking regroupent plusieurs appartement, pas certain que vous ayez accès à tout ce qui vous est montré.

Fab family holiday

Clean apartment with everything we needed. Including a washer! Balcony and roof terrace we're lovely too

Enjoyed our stay, but won't be back again. I would not recommend travelling with small kids

Cleaning products for bathroom,only one toilet roll provided. We had to buy toilet cleaner, washing powder and toilets rolls.

We travelled with our two young boys . The pool was very smalll and located in the centre of the apartment block . We were very concerned of waking neighbours a few unhappy faces from others on holiday when they saw us coming so we made use of a friends pool for most of our stay which isnt ideal. Access to beach is down an extremely steep and dangerous hill. Beach is stoney and very uncomfortable in the heat, not ideal for little ones , but water is glorious 👌

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean. Iron didn't work and was replaced immediately with a brand new one by Pepe. Lovely and quiet area.

No sunbeds by the pool, they were on a rooftop terrace. Couldn't lie by the pool as just brick flooring. Not great facilities for self-catering as inadequate equipment.

the kitchen was well stocked with all the crockery/pots/pans and utensils necessary.

As mentioned above the heating was a problem, for me anyway, especially as we are getting towards winter time.

Spotlessly clean Fresh smelling bedding Superb quality clean matress with an excellent nights sleep. English channels were added bonus

Not owners fault but Didn't like the very bright streetlight directly outside appt shinning in. Very annoying (Please get a bathtub plug!)

Fun beach stay.

Practical space, view of the sea from the deck, shared sunroof area with great view, pool, short walk down to beach (best beach in Nerja)!

Slightly dated interior and furniture, washing machine soap drawer had some mould, unpleasant odour in the bathroom, bathroom sink slow to drain, floors didn’t feel totally clean, walk back from beach was uphill (quite steep).

The apartment had everything we needed and was well equipped for our stay, clean, plenty of room, comfortable beds, lovely large private balcony, overlooking the pool. Burriana beach is an 8 minute leisurely stroll away, downhill, and the town centre is another 15 mins away on foot. Be prepared for the uphill walk back however, but that's Nerja! The nearest supermarket is a 13 min walk away. We found the apartment to be in a perfect location for us, and the area is very quiet and peaceful.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Great place, in a nice complex at walking distance from the beach.

The apartment was spacious with all comforts. Nice terrace. The swimming pool was clean but cold. The host has been very useful fixing an internet issue within one hour. Quite close to the beach although there is a steep slope to walk up and down from the apartment.

the furniture is outdated and poorly decorated . The hanger for the towel in the bathroom is rusted.

Fair value for money but would not return.

we stayed in apartment 1C, 2 bed with roof terrace. Roof terrace was fab, great views. nice views from balcony also. very good mattresses and water pressure in shower. Heating and Cooling efficient. Friendly owner.

Could do with a deep clean, kitchen very poorly equipped with broken tap and poor flow. Rusty microwave. Only 1 toilet roll and bin bag.

A great value apartment in a good location.

The apartment is in a great location, a ten minute walk down hill to the beach and a selection of cafes, restaurants and small shops. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nerja.

The walls of the apartment are quite thin and noise from other apartments could be an issue at busy times.

Very nice appartement, everything was there what you need for a vacation. Great distance to the beach or city. The family is very friendly and nice.

In the neighbourhood is a construction for new houses, there was some noise and dirt…. but no big issue.

Great value, great location.

Great helpful host. Really friendly and accommodating. Great location for Burrina beach. Glad we had a car though for those trips and beach and shops. Though walkable a car gives you more freedom.

Beds were quite hard. Kindly given and extra pillow when requested but hubby particularly didn't sleep great because of it.

Nice apartment in a private complex with pool

Beautiful apartment, quiet area, a little distance from the beach and old town, small bar nearby, but closes early.

The hill from the beach is quite steep and may be a hindrance to less abled people or to buggies etc.

Very well equipped kitchen, good location close to the beach and supermarket. Quiet neighborhood. Nice pool.

Cleanliness. Availability of English TV channels. Overall roominess.

Quite a difficult uphill/downhill walk to Burriana Beach. Town centre & supermarkets some distance away. Had to taxi everywhere. Hot water in short supply - barely enough for one shower at a time. Kettle not working, no toaster, lack of food prep items (incl. bread knife).

Good position. 10 minutes walk from beach .15 minutes walk to supermarket. Nice outlook over pool and town beyond . Roof terrace with panoramic views . Apartment terrace sunny all day .airconditioning good . Lovely big bath . Kitchen fine. Big comfortable double bed. Flat cleaned after one week
