The location is close to mountain attractions and activities. The hotel is located in the edge of the forest. The spa is very good and has everything. Breakfast is good without too much choice.

Τhere should be some tea bags and sugar in the apartment. The problem with the shower water in the toilet needs to be fixed. It fills the whole floor with water. The TV should offer Greek channels since there are so many Greek tourists in the hotel.

Very friendly staff at the reception who welcomed us. Both the man and the woman at the reception are doing great job! Our room was studio deluxe with view to the mountain. Excellent view, fresh air coming from the mountain, spacious room and very comfy beds and pillows. Really great place for relax and have an excellent sleep. The location of the hotel is great at the end of Bansko - very calm and relaxing. If you want to go to the city centre is better to go by car or you can walk 30 min. There are enough parking lots in front of the hotel. We didn't try the restaurant and the spa center since we went climbing in the mountain on the next day. We would definitely come back in the hotel next time!

Kitchen not equiped ( was told on check out that we need to order it - first tyme ever for me)

The room was spatious and clean. The bed was confortable. The breakfast was good and varied. The reception staff was very nice.

The fridge was making too much noise in the night. The restaurant staff was not so welcoming at least in the morning and around closing hours in the evening.

It was very nice; the apartment was clean, the bed is comfortable and also the pillows were comfortable. The price of the room included the spa access. The swimming is big and there are lots of places to relax. The breakfast was very good. All the staff was helpful. The lady from the reception was helpful and gave us all the information we needed.
