Perfect choice

The location is perfect you can easyly find lot if shops and restaurants in a minute. Bus stop is also really close to the hotel as well as the beach and the center of Faliraki. I never met such a great owner like these guys, they are super friendly and extremely helpful. The restaurant is also amazing, very tasty breakfast and large portions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, air conditioning is working well.

The only negative thing is that there is no WIFI in the hotel.

Great value for money, perfect location to explore the island

Big and nice room, very comfortable, good bathroom, quiet at night. Just three minutes walk from the bus stop and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Mike and his brother are super friendly, very warm welcome.

Ideal place to explore the island of Rhodos

Ideal place to explore the island of Rhodos. The rooms are as on the photos, very tidy. Location is ideal: walking distance to the bars and all the night life, beaches, shops, etc. Very calm and silent at night to secure good sleep. The owners are constantly at the place and will go an extra mile to provide excellent service. Food is good, prices are very reasonable. Recommend and will return.

Great location, but not recommended :(

Staff was kind and helpful. Great location, 10-15 minutes walk to beaches, bars and restaurants. There is a shop just next to the hotel. Bus stops to Rodos and Lindos are just 3-5 minutes from the hotel.

The bed was small and not really comfortable, my legs hung off the bed. The room was kind-of clean, but the bathroom wasn't, there were long hairs all around the floor and the shower was not the cleanest either. It wasn't cleaned every day, the rubbish bin wasn't emptied for more than 2 days. Some weird smell was coming from the bathroom, so the door had to be closed. Wifi login details has to be requested from the staff, as there is no free wifi in the hotel (in 2022)... the internet connection was really poor... I had to wait several minutes before the power came to the room, even though I put the key in its place, which was really frustrating in the nights.

Stylish and clean rooms ✨️

Mike was a very friendly host who greeted me on arrival with a beautiful cocktail 🍸 The staff were all very friendly and the food was Lovely.

There wasn't anything I was unsatisfied with. I had a great stay and would stay again.

Exceptional

The hosting experience was wonderful and enjoyable. Stefan and Mike who run the place were kind all the way and create a feeling of home. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the center of Faliraki, and about half an hour from Rhodes. It is highly recommended!

Very good

The owners (brothers) were VERY friendly and welcoming. They welcomed me with a smile, bought me a drink, and continually asked how everything is so far. I highly recommend this hotel, it was an excellent price, great location, and the rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The AC unit works wonderfully- which is super important for summers in Greece. Would come here again.

Great communication, tasty breakfast. Room is spacious and have a nice balcony. It had all the essentials you would need. 15 minutes walk to Katara Beach. They allowed us to check out late without any cost because it was available. Very good price&quality ratio. Shops around are quite convenient.

Super modern accommodation! Definitely not one star

We had an amazing stay here, daily cleaning, rooms look exactly like the photos and the bathroom was particularly nice! The owner was really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to return, highly recommend this place!

Wifi was a bit slow sometimes in the room but it wasn’t an issue

Great location, really kind owner, best value for money

First of all I would say that mike, the owner of the hotel is super kind and nice person which will make sure that your stay is pleasent! The room was Incredible, comfy, specious, with working wifi and constant hot water in the shower, no complains at all. The hotel is very central but quit at night so the location is perfect. Would come back for sure

Everything was outstanding. Maybe just hair dryer was missing for us.

1)The owner/manager Mike was very kind, always asking if something was needed or desired. Was very client oriented! 2)" One star " is totally wrong for that hotel. Minimum 3star level with service of unexpected level. 3)I was wondered that the room was qualitatively cleaned every single day, towels were replaced again each day. 4)Near the lobby its hotel's restaurant where food is delicious and the menu has a great variation of dishes. 5) Almost each day on evenings Mike makes some offers in restaurant: barbecue, order a drink and receive second for free(and it is not just for the first😉), good house music played every evening)) and much more 6) The rooms are very good. Everything you need would be there. Mike, thank you for such a wonderful stay!!! 😉

Wonderful. Comfortable and extremely clean rooms. Wonderful breakfast and such friendly owners who even took us by car to the sea despite the fact that it is not far. I highly recommend it.
