I arrived an hour before checkin started so I was welcomed into the restaurant. I sat outside on the terrace and enjoyed coffee and some water. I had a nice view of the lake from there. I would say that the location was the best part of the stay.

We have arrived late to hotel and we had easy check in. Place was clean, mini bar. Hotel in the park, very nice surroundings and quite.

We loved the quiet nature setting. In a busy city like Bucharest, it's really an oasis. The view from the room was lovely and the bed was comfortable.

Water bottles in mini bar was not brand new. Apparently someone (most probably previous hotel guest) drank the bottled water and then filled the bottles with tap water and put them back in the fridge.

I would recommend the property just for location.
The property it looks nice in pictures and that’s all!
I checked into the room and the carpet had brown stains on, it was a strong cigarette smell in the room, which it wasn’t a pleasure at all and also the amenities as bathrobe, slippers were missing although they appeared as being included.
Anyhow, the staff were kind enough and the breakfast was enjoyable.

Very comfortable rooms in a peaceful setting. The staff was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and had great suggestions. Breakfast was delicious and options were plentiful. Great stay!

The hotel is alongside the Herastrau Lake - a green quiet area of relaxation with several excellent restaurants nearby. Free parking in front of the hotel and excellent area for daily jogging and healthy walk. Very polite, professional and helpful receptionists.
