La posizione della struttura, la spa e piscina. Ho mangiato solo la prima cena nel ristorante e a parte il disguido che ho dovuto aspettare tanto ma il cibo era buono.

Il servizio nel ristorante era lento per servirmi l’ antipasto ci hanno messo 20 minuti e il primo quasi un’ora, si sono scusati dicendo che era andato in tilt l’iPad per carità può capitare sarà stato un caso e poi il secondo giorno la camera non era stata pulita e anche qui mi dicono che il cartello fuori porta era girato verso non disturbare cosa non vera perché il cartello che avevamo era rotto e qualcuno delle donne l’ha messo nuovo effettivamente girato verso non disturbare, e uno quando mi ha visto incavolato mi ha chiesto il motivo e appena glielo detto la sua risposta era ha fatto la furba per non pulire è capitato anche altre volte non so se è vera sta cosa o meno sta di fatto che mi sono trovato con la camera non pulita, poi per carità appena chiamato la ricezione hanno mandato subito la donna per cambiare gli asciugamani però il resto rimasto come prima. Magari è solo un caso ed è successo a me io giudico per quello che è capitato a me. Comunque qualità prezzo è buono e a parte questi disguidi il resto non male.

Don't let the 4-star rating fool you!

The spa looked nice, though we were unable to use it as our children were not permitted to enter.

Where to begin... Upon check-in, we were "upgraded" from the suite we had booked to a "family room," which was essentially a narrow corridor furnished with three beds. We managed to secure our originally booked room, but they were unable to provide a baby bed, forcing our children to share the additional bed. On the second day, a rainstorm caused our room to flood. When we reported this to the reception, they seemed indifferent and simply handed us keycards to another room without even coming to check the situation. This new room lacked an extra bed, meaning we would all have to sleep in the same bed. Frustrated by the ordeal, we decided to leave and requested a refund for the unused night, but they refused, and regrettably, we had prepaid. Additionally, we were charged 50 EUR for a plate of pasta that our children shared at dinner on the first night. The breakfast offered a sparse selection, with nothing fresh and the only hot options being scrambled eggs and fried bacon. By 9 AM (an hour before breakfast ended), most items were depleted, and when we requested more croissants for our children, we were told that the ovens had been turned off and that our children "didn't look hungry anyway." Furthermore, the noise made by the room doors when unlocking was excessively loud, reminiscent of a prison cell door in a film. This sound woke us every time a door was opened on our floor. It was, undoubtedly, our worst hotel experience in Italy, which is quite a statement! I am at a loss as to how this establishment holds a 4-star rating or why it has so many positive reviews. EDIT: The response by the hotel is an outright lie! We were never offered a voucher for the night we didn't use. Shameful!

un'esperienza da dimenticare

nelle giornate invernali fa molto piacere la spa, che si presenta nella media. Tuttavia albergo di quattro stelle che ti fa pagare separatamente l'utilizzo degli accappatoi mi sembra un po' eccessivo... Nelle mie esperienze precedenti l'accappatoio era ovunque negli alberghi di quattro stelle...

La colazione sulla carta dovrebbe essere variegata e abbondante. Non lo so se è una "politica" nuova, ma servire la colazione in questo albergo è stato un dramma. Nessuno preparava (sparecchiava) i tavoli, quindi non ci si poteva sedere, nessuno si occupava di assicurare il necessario: piatti, posate, pane,acqua, cibo... il cibo salato mancava completamente, quello dolce (cornetto) portato con avarizia creava code e spariva in un attimo, la macchina del caffè funzionava a tratti poi si formava una coda immensa al bar per farsi fare il cappuccino ... essendo l'unico addetto alla colazione immaginate che disagio per tutti. Anche dopo aver segnalato i disagi niente è migliorato, una persona "in borghese" faceva avanti-indietro a mani vuote senza risolvere nulla... Il fatto di aver offerto alla reception uno sconto di 5 euro in realtà non bastava, perché la colazione se la fai in giro costa di più (oltre al fatto che in questa stagione proprio non trovi niente di aperto in giro)... da dimenticare.

Wundervolles Juwel in einer kleinen Stadt am Meer :)

Das Hotel war total toll. Der Pool ist mehr als ausreichend groß, es waren immer ein paar liegen für uns zwei frei, und durch den zusätzlichen Sparbereich hatte man die Auswahl zwischen: Sauna, Dampfbad, warmen Pools und in der Sonne liegen und kühle Erfrischung im Außenpool. Das Frühstück war reichlich und das Personal immer zuvorkommend. Besonders haben uns die Barkeeperin mit dem besten Aperol am Vormittag und der Barkeeper am Abend mit seinen genialen Cocktails gefallen. Auch wenn die Verständigung nicht immer leicht war, hat man doch irgendwann verstanden was man einander sagen möchte :). Es war nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß runter zum Strand mit unzähligen Bars und Restaurants. Und hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter.

Es gab nichts wirklich zu bemängeln :)

ideale per chi ama nuotare in piscina.

la piscina è il richiamo principale di questa struttura. E' una vasca enorme (forse 40 metri) e molto larga con cascatelle varie all'interno. Molto piacevole.

un po' di confusione nel servizio colazione...ma poi si risolve tutto.

Beautiful pool which was well maintained and very clean. Very good selection at breakfast although the juice was poor quality.

Bed and pillows a bit hard. Town lacking in character but hotel well positioned for beach and bus. Spa a little disappointing

Fantastic destination, service, breakfast, drinking water in thermal pools all day.

Beds are 80cm wide which is less comfortable, double room was quite small in general. It was really challenging to dry our swimsuits in the room without a balcony.

Very lovely hotel located one block away from the beach

Spa area access is included for guests and was a nice bonus. The pool is beautiful, but we spent more time at the beach, which was amazing. Room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly and we were able to get access to the beach... Just make sure to reserve your spot at the front desk for your entire stay when checking in because space is limited during high season.

Decent hotel with good pool but breakfast could be better

The staff were very friendly, there was a good bar and the swimming pool was a good size.

Breakfast was disappointing, especially the fact that single-use plastic cups and bowls were provided for fruit juices and cereals. This is completely un-ecological and not something I would expect from a rated spa hotel. The hotel also seemed under-staffed though this may have reflected the fact that this was early season - the reception and barman seemed rushed off their feet.

we’ll maintain Hotel at a great location location for a beach holiday.

nice location close to the beach. great indoor pool area and spa. not recommended in low season - not much restaurants and bars open but should be much better during high season for a beach vacation. outdoor pool looks great - while it obviously was closed during our stay in April, the facilities are well maintained.

would have appreciated if staff at front desk would be more attentive and friendly. no heating in rooms during low season - we were there in April but the rooms were very cold.

Average hotel, close to a nice beach

The breakfast is very good and offers a ton of cakes. The beach is very nice and only a short walk away.

-The staff was either not very interested in the guests or unable to communicate due to missing English skills. -The hotel decided to host a wedding party on one night in pool area and adjacent breakfast room. Due to this event the pool area was closed for a day. Loud music and creaming of parting folks was heard in the whole hotel (and surrounding area) until midnight. The hotel should decide whether it want's to be a party location or a spa hotel. Offering both services simultaneously is a bad joke. -The streets in Marina de Grosseto range from bad to 'SUV-test-track'. I suggest not to travel here with your brand new sports car.
