The property was well located and the host was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean and we appreciated the early check in and included parking. We only stayed one night but would recommend for anyone staying in Lucca.

We loved everything about this wonderful B&B. The location is perfect (5 mins walk and you’re within the old city walls). Secure off-road parking (free). Exceptionally clean, beautiful rooms with everything you could need. We went as a family of 4 and had a 2 bedroom suit - perfect for our needs. Breakfast was lovely. But best of all was the wonderful host Marina. She arranged an early arrival for us, gave us great advice on Lucca and where to go and where was best to eat, nothing was too much trouble. I plan to visit Lucca again and will certainly stay here again.

The breakfast that Marina provided was superb. Lovely relaxed start to the day with a great range of food, coffee and tea. I have problems with my back and found the mattress was very comfortable which was wonderful. The room was beautifully laid out. We were there for four nights and the bed linen was changed which was great The location was great for train to Florence but also meters walk to the gates of historic Lucca - stunning. Marina was very welcoming and has a lovely warm personality. We will definitely be back.

Delicious breakfast, perfect location, perfect hostess

I was staying with my family for one night in this beautiful villa. It gave us the feeling being at home. Everything was new and clean, very nice breakfast and I loved the garden. Also there was a possibility to park a car inside.

Wow. Our host Marina was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. She booked a hire car for us and even took us to pick it up. How many other hosts offer that sort of service? If we go back to Lucca tis is when we will stay.

We really enjoyed staying here. We were enthusiastically welcomed. The Garden around the back was beautiful and spacious. Parking was inside the gated area and spacious. The room was in good condition with comfortable beds, working wifi, shower, good window shutters (to keep out then morning sun) and TV. Nice esthetics and well organized. Breakfast was plentiful and of high quality. We were also able to rent ebicycles directly from our accomodation. Bicycles are the best way to explore Lucca. At night it was completely quiet and we all rested very well. A perfect getaway in Lucca.

Nice assortment of fresh quality food each morning served in a delightful breakfast room overlooking the garden. Marina the owner is welcoming and helpful. The whole house has a lovely old charm feeling. The bed was really comfortable giving a quiet night sleep. Worth booking.

The owner was very accommodating and had breakfast ready for you based your selections the night before. She gives excellent restaurant recommendations. The location could not be better, it is just outside of the old city walls so you can easily walk to the old city in less than 10 min. Parking is on property and behind the house.

This is a very large old home that has been converted into a B&B, the bedrooms on the first floor are on the smaller side. This was ok for me as I was out except to sleep, it would be too small if planned to spend much time in the room.

A beautiful bed and breakfast just outside the city walls of Lucca. Perfect for a visit when you're driving as they have a private secured parking. Nice garden.

The bed was really comfortable, the room spacious. The breakfast was generous and fresh and we looooooved Marina! Great location, quiet but close to town. Good wifi. Small private parking place behind the house.

The streetlight schone right into the room and there were no blinds. The shower is right over the toilet, so after showering you need to dry the toilet which was awkward.

Marina sets the standards really high: eager to run the extra mile for her guests, she made us feel extremely comfortable at her place. Awesome service, great location. Would recommend it 100%
