Good

I like the most are the approachable and kind staff, unlimited complimentary drinks, the elevators, wide lobby, and the location.

Some of the paints are ripped off from the wall and ceilings. And the bathroom has unpleasant smell, I think its from the pipelines.

What a Cheater! Hate!

Cheating！The photos in Booking.com are not the same with reality！They arrange a 2-people room for 2adults and 2kids. After complaining and change room, the room is crazy dusty with dirty mat and bedding, small paper cups for brushing teeth, crazy leaking water bathtub and noisy air-conditioning! I need to be refunded!!!!These made my child get fever too!

I just liked the location.

The staff was rude. Started shouting at me as soon as I told him that Booking.com was trying to help me pay because another property had cancelled last minute and I didnt have that much credit to pay upfront for him too.

This hotel is a FRAUD location is good though

the photos on booking are NOT of the rooms that they actually have. the actual place looks like it is 10 years older. They should not be allowed to deceive people like this. the place is really dirty. there was a dirty used cup in the room, someone’s hair everywhere, black stains on the carpet and you can’t really see the view because windows are too dirty.

Great location, could use some cleaning for more comfort.

The hotel is in a great location and is in walking distance for some neat spots in Seoul.

There wasn’t a curtain for our shower, which wasn’t a big deal for us, and the toilet paper roll was almost used up when we first arrived. The biggest detractor was the black mold on the ceiling in the room. It was hard to forget about and made the stay less comfortable.

Nothing.

The rooms were nothing like whats advertised. The smell as you walked through the hotel was disgusting. At Reception you were handed a small bag with toiletries in it. Air conditioning dirty. Couldn't turn it on. Bathroom disgusting. Towels old. Beds worn. Had to cover pillows with my own clothes. Didn't sleep. Returned to the hotel @ 5am and left by 10am. Just didn't feel a bit comfortable. Old men sitting outside the front door. Totally gave the wrong impression. No computers in Reception for check in. Only your name on a piece of paper. Key had room no taped on. All rooms had open doors. Lighting very dim. Again wrong impression. Light switch was covered, weird. No toilet paper. Stains (blood) on the walls. I think booking.com need to investigate this hotel. Totally wouldn't recommend it.

Very good

There was no one at the front desk most of the time I was there. There was no toilet paper in my room. There was trash in the halls left by previous guests. The rooms had old fashioned fixtures (especially lights) that were confusing.

You get wha let you pay for

Room was tidy, basic amenities provided

No hot water in the morning! Called the front desk and they sent up a maintenance man, who turned the sink tap on for about 5 minutes then left after assuring me the pipes are connected so I should get hot water in the shower as well. Ended up taking a cold shower so I could get to the airport in time. The hotel also seemed like a place for hooking up after meeting in the “club” upstairs, felt and smelled very love motel-y.
