Great Value

Breakfast is served at a Cafe around the corner from the hotel. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is located just steps away from Calle Conde. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The room furniture needs to be cleaned or replaced. Some of the sofas had visible stains.

Very good

The ladies at the front desk & cleaning ladies are super nice & helpful. The breakfast included at the sister restaurant was hearty and a nice addition. I got to talk to the owner & he seemed chill & takes pride in his establishment.

Great apartment (except if you want to cook!)

The two bedroom apartment was really spacious, beds were big and comfortable and good hot water in the shower.

The kitchen was not well-equipped to cook for a family of four. There were barely any utensils, crockery or pots and pans.

....Still Had A Nice Stay

The manager was friendly & quick to respond to issues. The receptionists were friendly & patient. The housekeepers were friendly, helpful & constantly cleaning. My room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The hotel is centrally located with an elevator, fan, ac & cable tv. I would return.

I didn't like the orientation of the room originally assigned to me. My quirkiness. But fortunately the nice receptionist was patient and let me see other available rooms. I was happy with the one i finally chose. The room had an odor to it. But was ok after I got air freshener & aired it out. A night of serious rain caused a leak in the room's ceiling. It was tended to by the night crew and stopped when the rain subsided. I needed to constantly adjust the toilet tank chain for it to fill up properly. My shower & sink water had stopped running for a few hours. Housekeeping & management came by immediately & the water was soon restored. When the water returned it was cold. And I thought it was a hotel issue. but after i turned a valve in the bathroom, the hot water returned. The hotel shows potential, and with a little bit of maintenance & upkeep, Roma could be a top accommodation in the area. My stay was great after the nuances minimized & i figured out a few work arounds.

My room was clean upon arrival, but not even the bed was made and the towels weren't change in 3 days

amazing location, great value- but what makes this place is the staff from Juan and Fernanda to the amazing cleaning staff they are what makes it feel like home !

my Only small complaint is it I could not consistently get hot water on the fourth floor and there was a little bit of noisy construction that would start too early in my opinion

it was good but the staff could be better.

i like that it had everything in the room and it was spacious.

I didn’t like that it smelled like mold. and the staff could be a little nicer. the guy in the front was rude when i ask about where to park.

the bed in the second room i got 3rd floor room 202 the bed was very low to the ground and the sofa was something someone put together neither bed or sofa were very comfortable

Location. Big apartment .

Elevator not working. We were 4 adults, we booked a studio apartment for 4 breakfast just was for 2. The bathroom does not work very well.

The size of my room was great. The location was Great. The people at the front desk where all great.

No problems at all. Good stay. And Mr. Juan was a great help he works at the front desk everyone at the front desk went above and beyond.
