Disaster

Almost nothing

Everything was dirty, floor, pillows etc, awful smell, there is no chair in the room?! How it’s possible to work at the table. Hot water need to wait 5-10 minutes, After previous guest left some used stuff

Decisamente soddisfatto, ottimo qualità prezzo

Stanza comoda e accogliente dotata di tutti i comfort indispensabili e letti comodi.

Cattivo odore presente nella struttura come scritto anche in altre recensioni ho constatato che è vero, basta aprire cinque minuti la finestra e il cattivo odore va via.

Great place to stay when you want a center location

Great conditions, very clean and great staff! Location very good near the parc and direct tram to Piata Unirii. Yet, the are is quiet and you can sleep like a baby. Even the heater was working, they also preferred to heat the room in advance with an air conditioner putted on hot, which was a great surprise!

The staff was very arrogantly and unfriendly. We mention that we will do a late check-in as the property is open 24h for it and even so, when we arrived they told us there is no room for us, that we were too late. The receptionist couldn't show us the cancelation or give a proper explanation for the situation. During discussions to find out more details, they call the police and insist that we should leave. The police was on our side and studently the manager found a room, but still arrogant and denied that they tried to cheat us and charge like we were check-in. No apologies for the situation or any kind of regret from the property. Scammers and cheaters, tried to make more money charging 2 guests for the same room.

A geat stay

The room was clean and big. I had a good experience. The bed was very comfortable and I could sleep good. The staff was ok. The price was afordable and I liked the place. I would stay again

Terrible expirience!

At least the location was good.

Terrible, terrible expirience! I noted via phone that we would come late in the evening and that we booked two rooms. Upon arrival they conviced us that we booked one only room and made us wait outside for almost for one hour at 1 am even though we told them that we would be arriving late and leave early in the morning. They did not want let us at the parking and said park outside. Only after an hour they admited that we booked two rooms and finally let us in around 2am. Disaster.

terrible hotel with unqualified staff

terrible staff. booked the hotel, warning that we would be art at night, called the reception to warn about the time of arrival. Arriving at the hotel at night, it was closed, so they spent the night outside

Nice building. Cool old design 🛕🏯.

The staff was very weird and unwelcoming. We have been without hot water for 2 days since the water heater got broken. We waited without complaining we knew it's something that could've just happened everywhere. But then i asked for new toilet paper 🧻 and the staff said remember you're in 3 stars hotel not 5 stars. Instead of saying sorry for no hot water for 2 days. We got very bad response. We had to shower at spa centre in the city that we paid for, because of no Hot water 2 days in a row. Anyone else could have just left and asked for refund. Not all the staff was like that only one weirdo. Never back again for sure thanks to him👎.

great location for a stay close to the center of bucharest

clean big room. good location. balcony. friendly staff. excellent, if pricey, breakfast. very good coffee.

a la carte breakfast and quite expensive. excellent anyways, and that is not really related to the room and place and those were great!

The apartment was cozy and comfortable. The price was pretty ok, and the location was very close to the tramway station.

The bed had stains on the pillow, the walls had stains as well. The room we stayed in had very bad noise canceling. Lastly, the hotel staff wasn t very welcoming and we had very awkward interactions.

The roam was clean and the bed sheets of good quality.

The entry door had a minor issue when closing. It didn't stay fully closed so you could see thru it's crack.

Exceptional

We had an unforgettable experience in that cozy boutique hotel. We are very grateful to the staff, especially Stefan and Oxana, who were exceptionally accommodating to our needs and requests when they had no obligations to do so. The amount of hospitality they provided was flabbergasting. We came for a business trip, so after the tiring day, the comfy beds and quietness were all we needed the most, and we were provided that plenty. The hotel's relatively close distance to the Palace of the Parliament was very convenient, the neighborhood is quiet as well. The prices are pleasantly affordable. So if you decide to come for a trip to Bucharest, I'd definitely recommend this place.
