Schönes Hotel für einen entspannten Urlaubstag

- Das Essen beim Frühstücksbuffet + Abendessen war wirklich sehr gut und hochwertig. - Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig - Parkplatz war immer kostenfrei verfügbar - Supermärkte etc. in näherer Umgebung

Breve pero intenso.

Ubicado en Costa Calma. Buenas instalaciones. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Personal amable (mucho personal de habla inglesa). Desayuno muy bueno, muy completo.

Cenas poco variadas. Shows nocturnos en inglés (no apto para españoles). Almohada muy muy bajita.

Great stay, friendly staff! Visit the place!

Location was good, very close to the beach. Food was great, chefs made sure I have a pleasant stay with my food intolerances. Staff was super friendly and helpful went needed. Beds were comfy and room very clean. Definitely recommended it!

Experiencia agridulce el tiempo no acompañó y noté que al medida que entró la semana Santa (jueves ) mejoró la comida y

La cama La piscina swim up la limpieza la comida justa pero bien aparcamiento exterior

El bar piscina (señora mayor te tenía esperando 10’ a pesar de verte varias veces pase de pedir directamente me pareció mal aparte snack pobres ) había un camarero moreno que era todo lo contrario amable y cercano en ocaciones pasaba la bandeja con cóctel lo cual era de agradecer un 10 para el . toallas y ropa de cama rasgadas pienso que deberían ser sustituidas más que nada porque restan

Obrzydliwy, szkoda pieniędzy i humoru.

Nie ma żadnej pozytywnej rzeczy na temat tego hotelu, o której mogę napisać.

Obrzydliwy hotel. Pokój-śmierdzący grzybem/pleśnią. Odór nie do zniesienia. Nie można było otworzyć okna, sąsiedzi non stop palący i dym leciał do naszego pokoju. Łazienka tragiczna, śmierdząca, odchodząca podłoga, plamy na podłodze. Temat zgłoszony do recepcji, po 4 godzinach dostaliśmy informację, żeby w przeciągu 30 minut zamienić pokoje, co było niemożliwe bo byliśmy daleko od hotelu. Pod naszą nieobecność coś rozpylono w pokoju i wieczorem zaczęło śmierdzieć dalej. Przestrzeń pod drzwiami wielka, przez co wszystko z korytarza było słychać i światło wpadało do pokoju. Ściany z dykty, słychać nawet chrapanie osoby zza ściany, nie mówiąc o wypluwaniu płuc od 5 rano. Stołówka, różnorodne jedzenie, natomiast tak brudne talerze i sztućce, że i tak się nie chciało jeść. Brak odpowiednich informacji przy meldowaniu, co spowodowało po 3 minutach obiadu rachunek na 10 euro.

Good adult only hotel, generally poor entertainment with no other options

Good junior suite with sea view, excellent choice of food every meal, friendly staff especially Kim on the entertainment team.

Evening entertainment was generally poor except for 2 nights when outside entertainers were booked, a solo singer and a guitar duo. The other entertainment was all about pre recorded backing tracks which masked the entertainers voices.

cheap and cheerful

the weather ! rooms were spacious lovely views and that it was so cheap and affordable beach was lovely too

we could usually find something to eat but it wasnt the best they seemed to struggle keeping food hot! more chance of your meal being hot if you rock up at the restaurant opening times !. pool was too cold! it was only a short walk to the beach (10-15 min walk) which was fine for us but maybe not so great for older guests

Food and staff were great. Recent refurbishment doesn’t appear to have been completed to a high standard.

Excellent staff and great food

Very poor entertainment both during the day and evening. The bar closed 10.30 pm on Christmas Eve. Exercise class advertised but never happened. Very few of the advertised activities ever happened.

A reasonable priced hotel in a very quiet Costa Calma town.

- friendly and helpful staffs - room size is great - nice view from the room - quite reasonable pricing - clean swimming pool

- the food was just edible, but definitely not as good as usual 4 star rated hotels. My suggestion to the hotel: try to focus on the food quality, not the quantity or just change your cooking chef, he has definitely not done his job well. - the door of the room cannot be closed firmly, so it is wobbly, has no sound isolation, you can hear everything from inside your room. - some room neighbours smoke on their balcony, so for non smokers like me it's very annoying.

Variety and taste of food and drinks, Most of the Reception staff (front desk) was very nice but during check in the receptionist was rude and unpleasant

Very nice food, be careful with the male stuff!

The food was really good. Breakfast lunch and dinner were great! Restaurant stuff we’re lovely, friendly and really eager to help! Thank you :)

Our first approach with the hotel was horrible. The German guy at the front office was really unfriendly and not helpful. We asked for an extra towel since we were missing one in our room. We never got it. We also asked for shampoo. We never got it. Simply rude. Luckily, in the morning there was a lovely lady at the front office who was friendly, polite and very very helpful! We also want to say that “Jesus, jefe de departamento” was a very rude and unkind person. Stay away from him!

Overall very nice stay and would go again

Private pool was amazing and staff came round with drinks. Decor was nice and modern

Walls are very thin so not very sound proof if there’s a lot of noise from other guests and pillows are very flat. Buffet could be better.

A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location run by lovely people.

he hotel is about a hour from the airport by car and super easy to find. You could hire a car from the airport, althought not stricly necessary. We were on All-inclusive so we stayed most of the time in the hotel, with some short trips to visit the surranding areas which are connected by newly asphalted roads (2023). We loved the everything on our stay, from the amazing food quality in each meals, with lots of different choices every day and of course the included cerveza/sangria by the clean and nice pool.

Was everything nice, but to be picky and only from a purely personal taste: cocktails and soft-drinks had too much sweeteners. Lastly, such of a great shame most of the amazing quality food were spoilt by an excessive usage of cumin!

Nothing it was appalling to be honest food was brutal the drinks were tasteless the check in was over an hour slow really slow and the pool was absolutely freezing cold never go there again

The check in was shocking over an hour standing at the reception waiting for the guy to get our room The food they serve up for breakfast lunch and dinner is appalling beef was like rubber and inedible small cockroaches in our shower and along the walls in our room every day swimming pool was freezing cold no one in it all day the pool safety guy was like a little troll sat there and directed things you couldn't do no diving no running no rubber rings no floats no this no that Fuerteventura is windy 90 percent of the time so every day we were there by the pool the little troll would say no parasols to be put up so had to sit there without shade come on for gods sake there isn't any bins around the pool for putting rubbish in the snacks are brought over from the main hotel uncovered the cups for coffee are dirty it says all inclusive but its not you have to pay for other food and drinks like hodogs burgers and assorted drinks outside the hotel is a nightmare to park outside the hotel there is 6 parking bays and then you have to park in the street rows and rows of cars so you can end up 400 yards away parking your car (Elderly and infirm disabled be warned) you have to pay for the room safe and pay for the hotel pool towels luckily we had our own We ended up eating out every day the snacks in the pool bar were like the dining room utter rubbish Our advice to other travelers is to go somewhere else its not at all worth the money We intend to contact booking.com for a refund

It was an not too bad stay for 5 days

The entertainment side was really good.

There spa facility wasn't closed the whole time. The bed and shower pressure weren't that great. The shower was so difficult to use as the heat was constantly up and down and I burnt my head many times. The food was a bit plain in flavour

I'll definitely will go back to the same hotel again

Hotels staff is great and very helpful, hotel is very clean and garden is exceptionally well looked after!! Everything is easy to access and very close to shops and beach ,food were tasty and local drinks good quality!! Lots of sea food selection!!also they cleaning rooms during all day , that's great that we found our room perfectly clean after coming back from beach in afternoon every day ;) pool area well situated and supplied by cosy sunbeds
