Great location. Clean, comfortable cottage with good facilities. A quiet location just a short walk to the centre of Lincoln or down to the Foss Dyke and the countryside. Helpful and cooperative owners.

The property is in a lovely, quiet area, a short walk from the bustling Bailgate area. It’s the perfect location for a base when exploring Lincoln Castle or Cathedral and has plenty of nearby pubs and restaurants too. the neighbours are very friendly too and we chatted with a few of them about the history of the area, which was fascinating. The property itself is clean and comfortable, with most of the basics you need to get started. The facilities were fantastic and it really did feel like a home from home - I’ll definitely be recommending to other family members.
Everything was wonderful, but a couple of things that we found were missing when cooking that would’ve been greatly appreciated, were a frying pan and some cooking oil. There also wasn’t any sugar for hot drinks, but tea, coffee and milk were provided. However, there’s a shop nearby so we could pick up some basic food items we needed.

The house was nice
The only problem is the toilet is downstairs and the stairs are so steep. Bedrooms very large and comfortable but the lounge is small and cramped.

Lovely little property- well equipped, very clean and great location. Also very comfortable beds. We plan to visit Lincoln again and would consider staying here. ,Also, we've never stayed in a street with a Windmill before!
Only one tiny thing- no frying pan! Maybe also remove tub chair from the living room as a bit tight for space. These are very small things and we would happily stay again.

Location was fantastic, blend of old and new; cottage feel with modern facilities. Restful atmosphere. Amazing bedrooms. Cosy little sitting room

Very clean and well equipped terraced house. Dog friendly with tiled floor in kitchen, good dog walks on West Common. Located near the historic part of Lincoln, lots to see and plenty of good eating options within a 10 minute walk.

Location was great. The bathroom and shower were awesome and heating very warm. (Bit too warm at times but figured how to turn it down). Easy to get in with key safe and cosy place to stay.
There was no Netflix or prime or any app access on the tv as it didn't work. When I contacted the hosts they basically told me to google it myself which wasn't very helpful. After a lot of googling, (and no it wasn't about me logging into my account) it was an internal internet error with whatever they had going on in there. So all we had was Freeview for 3 days.
Also not sure if it was the cleaner or owner who turned up 10 minutes before we were due to check out (11am) and hung outside the door waiting while we were taking things to the car. Felt a bit awkward.

An excellent renovation, beautifully done.
Everything you may have needed was there and a small bottle of milk was a nice touch.
Location was great for a short walk into the city and close to excellent dog walking.

The house was in a great location within a short walk of the castle and cathedral, it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Lincoln.

This was an ideal location and very comfortable for our 4 night stay. Well equipped kitchen and large bedrooms. Nice small patio garden. Easy parking. 5 min walk to the castle and shops and restaurants.

Lovely little house in a great location. Bedrooms are large. Downstairs is a bit smaller - sitting room would be easier to use if one of the chairs was removed.

The location was great, everything was within walking distance.
The living room was smaller than we thought from the pictures but this wouldn't stop us coming back.

Great location, easy on road parking and gave us parking vouchers for second car on request, lovely and clean, lots of character, well equipped, perfect for 4 people
My only very small criticism is that summer weight duvets would be a good idea.

Lovely house, great location - just a short walk to the centre of Lincoln old town and then not far to the rest (no need to drive in). House was spotlessly clean, and well-appointed. Peaceful location with a charming little yard to sit out in. Parking out front was always possible with the supplied parking permit. Good takeaways just a walk away. Everything you would need was provided - thank you for a great stay!

Stayed here last October when we were visiting family and decided to book for May Bank Holiday. Everything was as good as we remembered. Great location, just a short walk to the Bailgate, castle and cathedral. Would definitely recommend.
