Good breakfast,location a bit of a hike to main attractions and bars.

Lovely Comfy beds , kettle tea coffee in room , friendly staff, good location tram stop at bottom of road, child friendly with travel cot , shower good temperature and pressure ! breakfast was cooked nice and nice little communal living room
Only thing was the bathroom Towels were a bit on the small size other than that all good !

The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, thoughtful, helpful and attentive. Also it was in a nice quieter area.
The one window in our room was faulty and didn’t shut fully so when it was windy the breeze and noise came through. (Not mentioned to hosts at the time as it wasn’t a major problem)

The Franco was amazing and very understanding with cancel trains. great location. And single room great size for me and you get double bed.....Very clean 👌
Re booked back in two weeks.

The Breakfast was excellent. The room had a very comfy bed. However the room was too small. The hotel was very clean. The staff were nice. I would recommend this hotel. It was good value for money. I would stay here again if i was visiting Blackpool.
The cups in the bedroom could have been changed daily as i had to drink from dirty cups. More milk was needed. i couldn't make a cup of tea on the first night. The flush on the toilet was continuing to flush. This resulted in the owner having to knock on my room door at almost midnight. I am sure if i had asked for more milk and clean cups i would have been given them. these comments are just for helping make things better.

Host was very helpful, room was a good size and clean. Using the local tram was easy
Breakfast is a tight schedule being a 9am on the dot, a little flexibility would be better even 8.30-9.30. Shower room was on the small side but did the job. Pillows in the room were very uncomfortable

Nice staff, clean and pleasant place.
Rooms are bit dated, no drinking water in the room, TV in room was fickle.

the family room was huge very spacious as it has two double beds and a single. parking is available which was nice but it is street parking. Beds where made up whilst we was out.
The service at breakfast wasn’t great as we had to ask for extra stuff ie milk and toast, at breakfast as we was a table off six but was given the same as a table of two, felt a bit on edge when asking, as staff gave looks and daughter had said something in her own language when asking which made us all feel very uncomfortable.

Stay was very pleasurable, hosts were amazing. Hotel and room were exactly what was expected, will definitely be returning.

The whole stay was absolutely amazing, couldn't fault anything. Hosts were a pleasure and were on hand if anything was needed. Can't wait to see what they do with their next project. See you soon!

Lovely hosts-very accommodating and friendly. The b&b is beautiful-incredibly clean, had everything we needed and more and very well presented. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning next time we visit Blackpool. Sunnydale exceeded all expectations and was fantastic value for money

Lovely property and lovely room. Lovely warm welcome. Plenty of parking and close to tram stops. Yummy breakfast.
My only suggestion would be for the option of an earlier breakfast, maybe from 8am rather than 9am.
