The breakfast was not included. If breakfast was included, it would have made for some defects re standard of the property and the price would correspond more. What I did not like, was "compulsory" changing of the shoes at the entrance. On the other hand the landlady was very pleasant and she prepared unexpected simple, but very tasty dinner when we arrived in the evening.
