خدمات صفر صابون و ادوات تنظيف يحطون لك مره واحده واذا طلبت يقولك لك مر وحده تخيلوا...

الفندق تجربة فيه سيئة جدا ولن كرره نهائياً و نصيحة اي احد زائر الكويت فيه فنادق أفضل ونفس سعر

الفطور جميل جداً .
خدمتهم في مكان الفطور والاستقبال حتى في التواصل معي قبل الوصول .
فقط شيء واحد صوت الموسيقى في اللوبي والمطعم .

The hotel lobby was really nice, and the room was big. Breakfast is good with many things to choose from. The breakfast restaurant is on the 22nd floor and you have a very nice view to the Kuwait towers. The hotel is also very near the towers.
The bathroom was very unpleasant, old and with a lot of rust. The space for showering is very small and you cannot avoid getting water everywhere. The furniture in the room is old and there is no iron in the room. The taxi to the airport “from the hotel” is much more expensive than the one you can get from the street or via Careem

I found the staff to be very friendly and cooperative. I liked the location of the hotel being very close to the main locations, as well as the cleanliness of the hotel.

The swimming pool, which I was banned to enter on the second day because of my Speedo swimsuit.
The Arab personnel are rude. My friend came to have the last meal before dawn in the restaurant as it was Ramadan. The receptionist: only room service st this time.
We: Ok, so we will order room service.
Receptionist: No guests allowed in the room.
My friend, a Kuwaiti, was really upset with the service and felt offended. He went to his house to have the souhour at 3:45 am I called to have my souhour, as in Ramadan we can eat till 4:20 and he: room service is over! I had to fast from midnight to 6 pm next day for his fault.
Next day they dropped a message under my door: the swimming is closed for works! We apologize! If you have any comments or suggestions, we would be glad to help you. But in Arabic this "you" is singular and informal, any real formal letter would have used the formal you form. What did I do? I went to the pool and it was open and no works at all. But I think they did not like my Speedo swimsuit to swim. Why did they make up such a lie? Lying in Ramadan? SHAME ON THEM. NEVER AGAIN!
