Located just five minutes walk to Wentworth Falls village, this beautifully restored, conservation listed home, offers luxury accommodation, free unlimited WIFI and NETFLIX - just perfect for weekend getaways or mid week breaks. Burnbank House has been decorated in the Federation Arts and Craft Bungalow style of 1915 with a welcome blend of antique furniture and modern conveniences. The decorative ceilings, original leadlight windows, ornate fireplaces and restored Kauri pine floors are complimented by the sweeping front verandah with views to the east and a large back deck bordered by a bespoke stone wall. Relax in the lounge room as you sprawl out on the Chesterfield sofa or take your morning coffee at the kitchen bench which has been upcycled from the railway sleepers unearthed from the original foundations of the house. After a day out exploring the treasures of Wentworth Falls and beyond, treat yourself to a soak in the claw foot bath. The four bedrooms offer the comfort of quality linen, generous doonas and blankets with the provision of extra pillows. - The main bedroom has a king bed, ensuite and sitting room with TV and built in DVD player - Bedroom 2 has two king singles - Bedroom 3 has a queen bed - Bedroom 4 has two single beds - Portable cot, baby change mat and high chair available (please supply own linen) Features included for a Blue Mountains getaway: - Ducted underfloor heating - Free unlimited WiFi - Smart TV with full internet access, NETFLIX and DVD player - Weber BBQ - Nespresso coffee machine Burnbank House is a great place for families with: - Gourmet kitchen - Spacious and fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer - Large double garage with table tennis. The perfect Blue Mountains location: - Just five minutes’ walk from the front gate to Wentworth Falls village with coffee shops, antique stores, restaurants and much more. - Put on your walking shoes and it’s a 35 minute walk down the Charles Darwin Track to the stunning Wentworth Falls and views of the Blue Mountains National Park. - A five minute drive will get you to the Falls Gallery Due to council restrictions, unfortunately we are unable to offer Burnbank House for weddings or functions. Burnbank House is a non smoking dwelling, please use the garden for smoking. Pets are not allowed at the property.

Absolutely gorgeous house, with a very homely feeling. Plenty of room & very well appointed. Walking distant to some lovely shops, restaurant & the Grand View Hotel. Also a short drive to Katoomba & Leura. Being on the highway, there is some traffic noise, but not so loud as it's annoying or disturbed our sleep.
Would definitely stay again & recommend it to others.

I have watched this beautiful home be renovated back to its former glory and wanted to see the interior. Found out thru a friend that the property was available for a stay. The property was all and more than expected.

My friends (5 of us in total) stayed at Burnbank house for a weekend girls getaway. We cooked, enjoyed the beautiful sitting room, and enjoyed easy walks to cafes. House was just stunning. Immaculately renovated and designed. VERY comfortable beds. I’m 7 months pregnant and slept so well. Easy drive to Katoomba and Leura. Can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to coming back again.

Outstanding but with five staying need level of coffee pods and booking in late not having milk with us having milk in fridge would make over all ten out to fof ten

The house had everything we needed. The owners had thought of everything. Very close to Wentworth Falls Village and some lovely coffee shops. The house EIS beautifully furnished and decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you for having us.

A wonderful property that suited our group of 6 perfectly for a weekend away.
The house has a great layout, with a well kitted out kitchen and everything we needed, as well as being easy walk to the Wentworth Falls shops.
Great communication with the owners ensured a smooth & enjoyable stay.

This beautifully restored old home is a joy to live in. That is cook, eat, sleep and (in our case) spend quality time with family from overseas. The kitchen is well equipped. The high ceilings and leadlight windows give a sense of spaciousness and the under floor heating works a treat!

We loved our stay here - a mini Downtown Abbey, for sure. :) The property was clean and comfortable, and had a super cosy feel to it. We loved the outdoor dining set, and the mini sized BBQ also allowed us to cook up a delicious meal. Another highlight was the bakery that was just a short morning walk away. Though we didn't meet them face to face, Desleigh and Ashley were very lovely hosts, who had great communication skills. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We loved it! As a side note, the mattresses are quite firm (which I loved!), however, this may be something to note, if that type is not suitable for you. The fridge was full sized, but "not massive." However, it was suitable for our needs and everyone loved their time there. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this beautiful property!

In terms of a review, a great place for 4 adult couples, close to the pub and a short drive to Leura and Wentworth Falls. I highly recommend this residence.

Well sited, and good for checking out the whole area
The house has been beautifully renovated. As Queenslanders we picked the right week, because the next week it was snowing in the area. The house has a powerful heating system that we appreciated. It was well set up for a group of ladies having a get-together. The house is a short walk across the main road to the Wentworth Falls shopping centre where they have everything you need. We especially liked the patisserie, german flavoured offerings which were particularly nice. Lucky we did not discover it until towards the end of our stay.
