It was very clean and spacious. The owner was very friendly and supported us very well with everything. At first we stayed at another homestay but it was not good so we decided to find another place to stay. We are glad that we found Paradise Hotel. Definitely we will come back next time when we visit Phong Nha. P/S: The puppy was cute 🥰

The room was very clean and comfortable. The family was friendly and welcoming. They rented us a motorbike for 150k a day. The free breakfast was very good. Good location. Beautiful view of the mountains from out our window.

A few hours after checking in, we were asked to pay more than the price listed on Booking. They claimed that there was something wrong with the computer and so the price was listed wrong. We felt very uncomfortable and asked for clarification as this hadn’t been brought to our attention at check in. When they saw that we were hesitant to pay the price they asked for, they “lowered” the price for us, but it was still higher than what we had booked for. We just agreed to pay it because we were already settled in and felt put on the spot. We enjoyed our stay otherwise, but we found this interaction very strange and unfair. After finding another review mentioning asking to pay more than the Booking price, it seems that this may be a recurring thing.

Great family owned hotel. Facilities were clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful.

We wanted to do the caving tour and I had previously messaged the hotel asking how much the tour was. I didn’t have internet on the bus to phong nha so didn’t receive her reply and therefore on arrival I booked at a tourist office. When I got to the hotel the woman was so angry at me for not booking with her. She tried to charge more for our room as I didn’t book the tour with her. She blamed it on her children on the computer. I refused and said I would go elsewhere and she soon agreed the booking.com price. Not very friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The shower was freezing. However, the owners daughter had good English and was super friendly and nice! Very young to be working though!

Clean family run hotel,very helpful. Smart TV in room,turns out it was too smart for us 50+ people to use. Highly recommended.
