Here are some concerns,
a) When arriving we could not find the apartment,0 indication was posted, we left the managers numerous messages. She never returned our call. We had the help from the security guard to reach the owner so we can enter the property. This procedure took over 1.5 hours.Very frustrating. Once we entered we discovered a water leak in the kitchen,which we advised VRBO ,the next day they sent a repair man and he tried to fix it however did not succeed. They sent another repair man and he found a leak in the bathroom bowl,he decided to remove the toilet bowl ,but he could not repair as he was missing parts, need to come back the next day to finish the repairs. Never advising us of this repair when we got home we used the toilet and found out it had been disconnected and there was not water in the bowl so we could flush. While the original leak in the kitchen was never fixed. Lets move on to the next issue, the kitchen pots and pans are every old and all teflon pans were better for the garbage than to cook in. Kitchen need a lot of love. For all these issues ,they offered us no compensation what so ever. The last issue is the washer and dryer, we stop using it as it sounds like a jet engine when drying.
Now for the good parts, the property is very well located,lots of space for 6 people to comfortable, stores in walking distance ,pool is very clean. Great TV programming lots of channels

Everything that you see in the pictures of the condo is exactly what you get. Quiet area guarded 24 hrs throughout the week, you have beaches close by. The property owner always answers her phone ready to assist you to make your stay comfortable. I recommend this place to anyone. My wife and I enjoyed it

Good location for our needs. Close to 7 seas beach, and easy access to main roads. Owner great communicator. Property manager not as great. Owner did allow an earlier check in, but property manager response was slow and ended up getting in 30 min earlier. Bought some new towels, and left them for future guests. This unit is on the 3rd floor. Quiet neighborhood.

The house was located in a nice area. My experience was good. The only thing I can say is the location. Vrbo shows this house in Florencio. The house is not located in Florencio but in Quebrada Vueltas. Also the swimming pool is not exactly the way is showed in the advertisement. I never saw the swimming pool, I was informed about the swimming pool but I never call to make reservation to use the pool. Overall the house was good place to stay.

The complex was secure and covered parking was great. The place was very secure and within easy driving distance of many attractions. This is a great condo - easy location to get to, nice trees all around and very comfortable! The AC was great, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the apartment was well stocked with everything needed. The kitchen was dissapointing and needs upgrade when you find a dirty nasty cutting knife and a molde microwave it makes you not wanna use the kitchen so we bought paper products and decided not to cook in it. Only used the greca to make coffee. Ate out. So If you wanted to stay and make meals they need to fix kitchen and upgrade it
The ac in the living room frozen twice and we followed the no turn on living room fan rule but.you leave it.off and next.day is ok. We weren't in the apt much so ok. There isn't a toasted like it.read but a sandwich grilled but again we weren't using kitchen stuff bcuz of.how it.was

Birthday Vacation
This place truly fits 6 comfortably. Every room has its own air conditioning unit which can be rare in Puerto Rico. It was located in a safe gated community that is close to everything. There is a grocery store in walking distance. The host was very nice and the place was clean. It was a perfect stay. I am very grateful to have found this apartment.

Home Away from Home
Our family of 5 stayed comfortably and then some. We had everything we needed and plenty of room to do it. The place was clean, safe, and in a convenient location central to everything-a supermarket, bakery, the highway....I mean, GREAT location!
Rafael, the Property Manager was great and even met us at the airport at crack of dawn (literally) and made sure we had all the information (instructions & directions) for an easy check-in. Thank you Rafael, you're awesome!

This has been my third time staying here. Rafael is really nice and makes you feel right at home. The place is warming and really clean. It is also very quiet area. It has everything you need. You have the supermarket, pharmacy, and fast food places within walking distance. I cannot wait to plan my next trip!

Quiet getaway. Clean and comfortable. We had a great time. The kids enjoyed the pool and little park next to the building. Grocery store, pharmacy and fast food literally 2 minutes away (walking). We loved it, thank you!!!

Great place, great location!!
We were unsure what to expect after Maria, but I'm glad we decided to continue with our Puerto Rico vacation plans! The property was in great condition and the owner, Felix, was quick to respond to any message I sent prior to our stay. Upon arrival, the property manager, Rafael, stayed until we got to the property (almost an hour late). We had plenty to do in the area and took several day trips to other areas around the island. Great place and I highly recommend it!!

We loved our stay in Fajardo. ( 7/24 - 7/31/2017. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was very close to the stores, beaches and kioskos. It is very safe and secure. The manager Rafael was very nice. He waited until we got there; we were lost for a while. Thank you so much for everything. Yes, I would stay at this condo again. Mr.& Mrs. Mantilla

Perfect for our family vacation
This place was perfect! It had everything we needed, well equipped with all appliances, bedding and bathroom items. We had a group of 7 adults and we were very comfortable. Mr. Rafael, the property manager was there to meet us and made us feel welcome. He gave us a brief overview of the surrounding area and of we were. We stayed at the property for 7 days, but wish it had been longer. I will definite stay here again on my next vacation to beautiful Puerto Rico. We were close to many beaches and the ferry that took us to the small island of Culebra and Vieques. We were only an hour away from old San Juan, factoring in the traffic. We drove the coastal route down the east coast to Ponce and we had dinner by the ocean in Ponce; very good food all over the island. Looking forward to stay in this beautiful Villa again. Thank you to Rafael for making us feel like we were family not strangers.

Perfect
Nothing less than what is pictured and described. The condo was clean and was stocked with everything you need - from linens to tableware and even a few little extras like beach chairs that can come in handy. You have a supermarket walking distance away and the best little bakery a walk away as well. The location for us was ideal - ferry to Culebra and Vieques minutes away, El Yunque, Luquillo, 7 Seas all within a short driving distance. If you are planning on driving the island just taking the highway by the condo will take you to whatever connecting highway you need to travel. Communication with the property manager (Raphael) was easy and he could not have been more accommodating to meet with me to get the keys and it was appreciated. I will only say that the water pressure was the only thing to complain about - but this is common on the island - we found that if you took turns showering the pressure was adequate (no one went around stinky...lol) so really no big deal - more of a mention to prepare for. I would gladly stay here again and will recommend it to all my friends and family.

Lovely place
This is our second time staying in this condo the first time was in 2012 this visit we stood for 8 days it feels like home . So many food places close by if you don't feel like cooking but we did a few home cook meals at the condo too they had all the stuff you could possibly need to make your meals in . I recommend this place to anyone very spacious room and nicely kept . We will be back when we're in that area again . The property manager Rafael was so nice .
