Fantastic location with wonderful views. Exceptionally clean and confotable. Would definitely stay again and Doug was great to deal with.

It had an up-market bathroom with high quality fittings, the room was large and spacious with a comfortable bed. Small kitchenette and there is a communal BBQ.
The kitchenette had only two pieces of crockery and cutlery, which meant you were always washing dishes and cups. We had unit 1 and the view was blocked by the pool fence. Other studios do not have this issue.

The owners were friendly and helpful. The rooms are excellent. Being by a small sheltered arm of the lake was an added bonus for bird watching and paddle boarding. Kayaks were also available. A BBQ area was available. A spa and small pool were available. Bike and walking tracks were nearby. Close to Cromwell for many restaurant choices when not using the BBQ.

Would happily return. Host was exceptionally helpful, courteous and friendly. The setting, garden, lake view, free use of swimming pool, spa, kayaks. Really enjoyed the stay.
A very minor dislike: the distance from town, but in a car it made little difference.

Beautiful modern facilities, the bathroom was beautiful and such a lovely shower. wonderful view from the window and such easy access to Cromwell for the lake cycle

Amazing comfortable unit with a spectacular view down to lake. Well presented complex. Owners extremely helpful & friendly. A shed to lock your bikes in.

Bed is so comfortable that you will be reluctant to leave the bed 😅
Toilet is very clean and ample hot water for long showers.
Kitchenette is very well-equipped.
WiFi is very strong and the TV in the room is a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube.
The lakeview is amazing!
The host let us use their kayak for free 🤭

Loved the location and being waterfront. The spa pool, BBQ and outdoor lounge area were a welcome surprise.
Accommodation was spotless and our host very friendly.
Road noise as close to a main road, however, no problem when the windows were closed. The views and wonderful property overshadowed any negatives.

Immaculate large room with gorgeous lake views. Quality linen and comfy bed.
We borrowed the free bikes and covered 32km of the Dunstan lake trail.
Lovely breakfast delivered on a tray each day.

Our apartment was clean comfortable and well equipped
We stayed for 6 days and our unit WAS NOT served once which was very disappointing and inconvenient.
