The keys were easy to find but the parking spot and actual apartment weren’t. It was not in the main buildings as initially thought. Unfortunately it wasn't cleaned very well which wasn’t a reflection of the owner. Although stains and questionable marks on pillows and couches probably need to be addressed. The photos have been touched up as the couch is a different colour and the size of the room isn’t quite as advertised. It’s obviously used more by schoolies and groups of young people than a family. The owner was very responsive and apologetic, organising it to be cleaned the next day which was appreciated. Pool facilities and extras aren’t easily accessible as in other apartments which was logistically difficult with young children, no directions for these either but it’s very handy to everything else with many great dining options. We expected some street noise but was much lower to the street than we had thought so the young people/teens drinking and carrying on at the corner until 3am wasn’t a highlight. The drier doesn’t really work and needs to be replaced. We rely on the laundry facilities with children as travel light which is why we choose an apartment over a hotel room.

If you want to be close to everything this apartment is the best location for everything in surfers Cavell Ave, especially great for teens. Apartment is large size and great layout.

Made the mistake of thinking we could check in from 3pm as per instructions. We arrived at 9.40pm to no key or staff to help. Eventually got in at 11.20pm. Owner was extremely rude, derogatory and accused me of being ‘silly’ for arriving ‘late’ and having ulterior motives when I asked for a refund ( he offered $60). It was my 50th and we’d have a really great day, shame it ended with a painful experience. Don’t recommend

Family holiday for 5 adults for 9 nights. The unit was a perfect size to accommodate all of us. Not that we used and cooking facilities but everything you could want was available. The location was perfect, everything at your door step. We did read reviews about it being a bit noisy because of the night club accross the road and down stairs, don't let that deter you as it's not that bad. NOTE: If your like me and don't do lifts or heights this place is for you.

We loved the apartment. It is in a great location. Very clean and tidy with great amenities. The check in process was annoying and not being able to check in till 3pm is very inconvenient, particularly when check out is at 10 am firm. For these reasons, I would not book this apartment again.

Great location and great appartment I can’t fault it. Check in was at 2:00PM got the keys at this time. We opened the door at 2PM however cleaners were still cleaning and were not aware another guest was scheduled. This was fine for us as we could drop luggage and go back out, however for this reason I cannot rate it perfect. Host is also quick at responding to any questions

The property was very clean and in an awesome location. Great features - we loved the massive TV, sauna and pools. However, we had a few issues accessing the property at night. The keys stopped working after 10:30 and we were stranded outside the apartment for several hours until we found a security guard to let us in. This issue was not resolved during our stay. I would not recommend staying here if you intend to experience the Gold Coast night life, until this issue is resolved. The kitchen was short on utensils but had just enough to get by.

Kitchen was dirty with grease hanging from exhaust fan. Inside of cupboards had grease build up too. Lacked cooking utensils, not even a bottle opener.

This apartment was great for a large group and had all that was needed. Few small issues throughout but nothing major that affected the comfort of the stay. Would definitely recommend!
