Condo is great! Beds are comfy. Stayed in many condos over the years and this one has the best fridge with an ice maker. I am picking up something for Linda Lee. There should be two is that which one is that? OK Bathrooms are nice with tall vanities and toilets! View from balcony is awesome. Plan to give the drawers a thorough wipe when you arrive but was clean in all other places. Choose 503 and you will be happy!

The property is large. 2 queen beds, king and pull out. But it is very dated and dirty. The towels and blanket were not clean. There was a sign posted on refrigerator to not set thermostat below 75 degrees because is will freeze up. The refrigerator took along time to cool food. For the price property was very basic and cheap.

Condo was very nice and clean; exactly as described. Lots of space for a family without feeling cramped. Furniture and bedding were very comfortable. View was amazing! Kitchen provided everything needed (except for meat thermometer to cook prime rib). Great time to visit with nice weather and no crowd. We've stayed in Okaloosa Island several times and this has been my husband's favorite condo so far. Will be back.

Have stayed in this unit for several years. Have always found it to be well kept. This time the living room rug was covered (totally) with hair(appeared to be animal hair). Was nasty, I have pictures if you would like. Will probably not stay in this unit again.

Condo was nice with the exception of needing a few things. Matser bath sink would stop up with water before water could get hot, Sink in the other bathroom would not get any hot water to it. Faucets look like someone had not cleaned them from previous guest, they had toothpaste on them.

We've stayed at this condo several times and always enjoyed it. We noticed somethings need updating bathroom ceilings and rugs cleaned. Otherwise this is a nice condo to enjoy and relax inside and on balcony. Satellite hook up didn't work all week, we didn't call anyone, because we managed to keep ourselves entertained in other ways.

This is an excellent property it has great views and bed was very comfortable. Furniture was firt rate. They did call and tell it when it was ready which was a great feature. Only trouble that we had the TV lost connection when it rains.

Couldn’t have envisioned a better place to spend out final trip of the year. We’ve stayed at the larger complexes only to be disappointed by families rushing out of their units in the early morning or wasting beach time waiting on a crowded elevator. Surf Dweller was one of the cleanest and well stocked units we’ve stayed in. The extra large Balcony was the icing on the cake. The 2 BR/BT floor plan also has pocket doors to segregate each room with its own bathroom. Will definitely consider staying again.
