A nice hotel but staff were disappointing.

A newly refurbished family hotel with huge potential.

There were some major issues when it came to staff and how the hotel was run. We had several issues with items missing from our room that ended up in the laundry and our room door was left open after it was cleaned.

A lovely hotel for a week in the sun.

New and clean. Foid was very nice and great to have nice wine included.

Original room was noisy but hotel sorted and compensated us so hats off to them for sorting it out really well.

A great place to stay

A beautiful complex with well kitted, really comfortable rooms and furniture.

It's a little too far up the hill and there should be a lift to reception for your baggage

OK for families with young children, but not suitable, in my opinion, for older couples or singles

The staff were friendly and pleasant. The place is fine for couples with young children as there is a good selection of pools but not much else for them.

On arrival the reception had no idea where room 144 was, and I felt this was partly as the place is newish, and that staff are not trained on layout. They need a map with rooms shown on it so you can guide yourself and not wonder around in the dark til rescued by the bar staff. The food in the restaurant was poor and expensive. The entertainment in the evening was either geared towards toddlers and small children or was poor quality entertainment. The place Is not suitable for single people, or are discerning, its all a bit cheap and cheerful, but great for young families. Quite a walk to the restaurant, beach and amenities uphill and downhill. The front of the hotel is not doing much to create a good impression, broken concrete paving, and a grim approach with wheelie bins very near.

We loved every minute!

The time of year we went meant some of the pool was closed but otherwise it was great and my little lad had a ball. Location is great but beach is a good ten walk down a hill and very steep coming back up. Beautiful place - exceptional staff. Rooms were fab and included a fridge which was super handy. Lidl right next door which was brilliant. Entertainment every night was great. Food was fantastic all day and every night. Drinks could have been a little stronger but as we were on all inclusive ut was expected.

Showers overflowed every time we used them .

Fabulous apartments very modern short walk to the old town,lots of bars and restaurants along the way

Myself & husband stayed here for 4 nights self catering Rooms are fabulous, 6ft Bed very comfortable, power shower, lots of body wash ect, clean room with cleaners calling every day .Wrist band with your key in it, which is very handy. 2 smart TVs in the rooms The description says the APARTMENT are modern functional and fully equipped You only get a kettle, microwave and 2 cups no glasses in the bathroom no side plates nothing, 1 bin in the bathroom, I did ask reception for two side plates, a tea spoon and a knife and she told me no that this is a hotel and not an apartment, no where in the name of accommodation is it called a hotel room There is a lift at the side of the building which has no sign and not noticeable, could really do with putting a sign over it as the lift with the hotel name, as it looks like a different part of a building Swimming pool is freezing actually Baltic cold that’s why no one is in it, the kids pools looked amazing the the kids there loving the slides a lot more in that pool not sure how warm it was though Location to the old town is great €3 small beer €5 large beer from the bar, supermarket straight across the road also lovely restaurant in the luz y mar Kathy’s kitchen next to the supermarket €5 breakfast with tea €8 McDonald’s chicken curry and lots more options, you can pay €60 per person per day for the all inclusive

Pool so cold, didn’t notice the lift so brought all the cases up steps no cutely glasses plates, I needed a knife to open foil medication I had to go buy a scissors I did ask for a knife and was told no if prices weren’t so expensive you would buy from the bar instead of the shop

Not a 4 Star

Room had a good large bed and facilities but should be a 3 Star Max

Only Bar is the Pool Bar at the main pool, no bar facilities at the top splash pool so therefore adults with children remained at main pool. Middle splash pool was under reconstruction which I was aware of when booking. Poor food selection and was very same each day and the chef does not know how to fry eggs without cremating them and it’s the only Spanish hotel that I know that does not serve ice cream in the restaurant.

There was some works going on at the pool in front of our room. However I wasn’t complaining everything was safe and the noise was kept low

Bakour Splash

Great for families, slides and children's entertainment seemed excellent. Room size was really good.

Hotel isn't complete. Room 103 electrics were mad, lights linked to different switches. Just little things like the shampoo and fittings left on side by the sink and not on the wall. No Toothbrush holder. No bin. Phone to reception wasn't set up. Just minor things for improvement.

séjour agréable dans l'ensemble

Hôtel proche du centre et de la marina, avec un personnel très agréable et courtois. Très bon hôtel pour passer un bon séjour en famille avec les enfants, malgré une animation minimaliste de mon point de vue.

très décu pour la restauration en salle pour les déjeuners et diners ( pas assez de renouvellement et de variétés des plats, les plats sont tièdes voir presque froids, et ne sont pas rechargés rapidement ) et la salle est vraiment très très bruyante. Par contre très bons et copieux petits déjeuners à prendre avant la cohue à partir de 08h30. Ouverture de la salle pour les petits déjeuners à 08h00 est trop tardive pour ceux qui veulent partir tôt en excursions.

El hotel en sí está muy bien pero... ( y es mi opinión ), es más bien para familias con niños

La cama grandiosa y cómoda (2x2) El equipamiento en general de la habitación también muy bien (geles, toallas,secador de pelo,mini-bar, calentador de agua Las dos televisiones grandes, todo un acierto , una en el salón y otra en la habitación, el aire acondicionado etc. La buena presión de agua en todo el baño, ducha,lavabo ect. La terraza amplia que daba a la piscina

El sofá del salón muy muy incómodo Tuvimos algún "problemilla" con la reserva y las habitaciones pero nos lo solventaron al día siguiente. Eramos dos parejas de 65 años y pico y el primer día nos pusieron en las habitaciones superiores, sin ascensor y con escaleras, pero como he comentado antes al día siguiente nos cambiaron a las de abajo.

Très bon hôtel et surtout très bonne literie

L’hôtel et les chambres sont très propres. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin se trouve à proximité. Une grande piscine et deux bassins pour enfants avec toboggans

Manque de beaucoup de finition dans les chambres ( pas de lumière dans la douche pas d’accroche pour les serviettes, joints manquant etc. ) Les chambres sont assez bruyantes

Me gusto más el trato del personal de comedor El cubano de la fultra de la piscina nos encantó muy atento y muy divertido ... creo q era el más alegre asta del que limpia la zona de la ciscina por la noche y el chico mantenimiento muy amables ......

Yo creo q aún le falta un poco más para ser de 4 estrellas se q están abriendo pero hay cosas q no se puede Los chico de la zona mini bar no saben algunos hacer cócteles o los hacen mal ensima te lo ponen en baso de cartón una bebida dicen q es hay donde tienen q ponerla por orden del jefe . una bebida en un 4 estrellas ..baso cartón... para q me dieran un baso o una copa que rollo y le falta un poco de cinpatia .... Ensima se repetía mucho la comida de picoteo siempre lo mismo .... Después veía que a quien ello le parecía le daba copa de cristal...... muy mal o hay para uno o para ninguno .... Las picina de los niños tienen q arreglarlas de urgencia ..... los niños se daban en el suelo o los tubos de tobogán raspaban de echo yo me di y dos personas más el mismo día.... La comida del bufé buena muy repetitiva pero buena De bebían variarla más los menús .... Creo q es un sitio que tiene que mejorar algunas cosas muy urgente pero creo que es un citio donde al igual volvería por q me parece que puede mejorar Hay una cosa que no me gustó mucho que en las horas puntas de comer desayunar cenar etc donde los huéspedes quieren centarse lo más serca del comedor ... lo utilicen los gefes en ves de los huéspedes.... Muy muy feo q en una zona de entra se reúnan hablar de sus problema del hotel donde todo el que pasa lo olle....deberían tener una zona de reuniones lo digo por que yo oi cosas como huésped que no debería....

Shambles

Clean, modern and comfortable

Room advertised wifi on my booking(wouldn't have booked it otherwise as needed to do some work and my brother who has special needs was staying with me, likes to watch Netflix during the day to relax). The air-conditioning leaked water onto the main floor creating a puddle that ran into multiple areas. No wifi for my entire stay. Even having logged the complaint at the reception the first morning. They said it would be fixed today or tomorrow. Maintenance ppl in and out of our room for the 4 days we were there. The manager was away and nobody was there to cover him while away. Met him the last day we were there. There was zero effort to compensate us with any meal, upgrade, perk or mention to switch rooms. No communication as to how things were going on the issues. I had to go to reception each day, otherwise I'd still be waiting for feedback! Obviously I'd never go near the place ever again. Awful trip.

Maravillosas vacaciones!!!!!!!

El trato de todo el personal es fantástico. La Food truck es todo un acierto, sobre todo con Esteban y Ana. El equipo de animación es maravilloso. Hemos bailado como nunca!!!! La habitación con todo detalle. La limpieza perfecta. La comida buenísima. Volveremos sin ninguna duda.

Una cosa que no nos gustó, y que no es culpa del hotel para nada, es que por la noche, los niños no deberían jugar con los balones donde están sentados los adultos en la zona del bar y alrededores. Y cuando dentro hay actuaciones, tampoco deberían de estar corriendo entre las mesas.

Outstanding holiday and we’ll be back again soon!

The hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff couldn’t do enough, the food was outstanding with so much to choose from. The entertainment for both kids and adults were excellent. The water park for the kids was out of this world and the kids will foreve cherish these memories. Thank you so much for a great holiday. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

Mixed, they need to work on things mentioned as they have very good pool facilities

Hotel was in easy walking distance to beach. Room was newly refurbished and in good condition, cleaning staff were excellent. Pool facilities we're very good, enough loungers, pool towels no fuss to change them. Kids club ladies we're very good with the kids.

WIFI was ridiculous bad. Road noise in bedroom. Only the living room has aircon unit the bedroom has a fan. Room lacked small things you would expect, like enough hangers, a safe that is actually bolted down rather than can just be lifted up! Glass for toothbrush in bathroom, a bin in living room. This hotel needs more staff, breakfast service was slow, as one person cooking pancakes/bacon/eggs. I didn't feel the dinner food quality was up to 4* level so we ate out most evenings. Again staff numbers in the bar, you even had to queue for a non alcoholic drink like Coca-Cola. At one point I needed to speak with the manager on an issue and found his attitude to be dismissive.
