Very nice hotel in a wonderful surrounding. Great villas and gardens in the neighbourhood.
Very charming service.
Restaurant is not matching with the hotels

The Location, the hotel a bit vintage but very charming, very clean, calm, very kind personnel

The hotel is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and professional and always happy to help. The room was clean, tidy and the bed was very comfortable. We were also very happy to have air conditioning in the heat.
I feel the bathrooms could do with being updated, especially the showers and shower curtains. I also feel the food is expensive (especially as they don't always provide vegetables with the main courses)

A beautiful historic house and dignified interior.
The hotel is on top of a hill, and because of that, there are also nice views from the window and also quiet.
Very good breakfast (for Italy).
The pool is a good size, but it is an indoor pool. At the same time, one wall of the room can be fully opened with sliding glass doors and from there you can sunbathe on the terrace, but this terrace is very small. The rest of the sunbathing areas are one floor below in the olive garden. The pictures show that also the roof partially opens, but at least on that day the roof was closed. Not quite an experience comparable to an outdoor pool, but for that you can use the pool in other seasons as well.
The pool needs updating.
Our room was a bit small.

Lovely stay overlooking the hills, perfect location for exploring. Quiet room, good sized-bathroom and absolutely great breakfast - Ms Luisa was fantastic and courteous. The pool is a plus and we hope to be back soon!
A glitch on check out day when we got woken up early on Sunday morning by housekeeping staff - the front desk was kind enough to make up for this nuisance upon our departure but as suggested we would encourage further communication to avoid this happening again.

Loved the views and the staff were so friendly and helpful. This place is a gem and wonderful place to stay in Vicenza. The pool was really great too!
The food was very pricey and did not feel the quality matched the price. I would have also liked a less expensive and more casual lunch option such as a smoothie bowls or light sandwiches by the pool.

The interior and location is perfect. A quiet place for a nice stay.
I’d say the breakfast is overrated. You expect a bit more for 25€ per person. The pancakes were literally frozen, so I assume they don’t bake it on spot.
The restaurant. It’s kinda dark if you sit outside in the evening, so a small candle on the table would be perfect! The octopus was a bit burnt and the starter came after the main dish, not before. But the restaurant staff is super friendly.
The bathtub should be replaced, it’s hard to stand there and take a shower.
In general, If you work on the bathtub and the kitchen, and add just a bit more kindness to the reception staff - that would be a true 5 star place)

Beautiful old hotel on Vicenzaa Hills with beautiful outdoors and impressive views
Service is excellent, breakfast was great, and dinner cuisine is delicious
Our room was wide, comfortable, and beautiful, only recomendation is over the lack of hooks to hang clothes
The elevator is small, with luggage only fit 2 peoples

My room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the views of the mountains and valley are wonderful.

The restaurant was very comfortable but the food and service certainly did not meet our expectations. One night it took almost 1 hour just to get our appetizers. We ended up not eating that night as they were a little too slow even for Italy. The breakfast was not worth the 50E we spent. They could very easily do a much better job.
What a shame as the property is so lovely but whoever is managing the restaurant needs to be replaced!

Beautiful location, close to Vicenza

the hotel is very nice and nicely decorated, with a beautiful location just out of vicenza
The room had many bugs coming from outside, placed especially behind the curtains and close to the windows. We got many of them during the first evening ff our stay and got rid of them and very little were left for the rest of our stay. A serious cleaning of the room before our arrival would have solved the problem.

The music at the pool was competing against music from the wedding party. we didn’t know that there were wedding parties happening in 2 of the nights.

The place is magical!

1. Excellent variety and quality for breakfast
2. Very pleasant and accommodating staff
3. Stunning setting and views from patio / garden
4. Decent sized room
1. The most diabolical "shower-over-bath" arrangement I've ever come across in a hotel. The "shower" fitting against the wall beside the bath was at chest height, and I was unable to stand up straight in the shower due to the pitched roof angle and roof beams. Some architect who designed this "contraption" needs his head read!
2. The room was very claustrophobic, as it is in the "eaves" of the roof, with only a tiny window at knee height and a small skylight that opened. For a hotel built in such a stunning country location, one would expect views from the room.
3. One of the items on the very limited (and expensive) dinner menu was not available (pork chops) and portions were very small
4. For a hotel of this stature, one would have expected Limoncello to be available in the bar - "out of stock" was the reply I received

We have loved the setting, the scenery, nice spacious room with very good beds.

The views outside were amazing.
The hotel was not well kept. Water spots on the walls and ceilings from leaks. Mold in the shower, the beds were hard as a rock, there must be no pillow top beds in Italy? The bed was literally 2 rock hard twin beds pushed together, so we had to avoid falling into the crack between. The third person bed was literally a cot that one would imagine to be a jail cot. There were bugs trapped behind the glass of the wall art. The curtains were dirty, with stains and even a booger. The tv had no English channels and no apps such as Netflix, Hulu or amazon prime. The tv blocks guests from downloading apps and from connecting devices for streaming. The food was the worst we’ve had in Italy. My husband, who’s Italian, immediately canceled the breakfast package after the first day, because the breakfast was so bad. The dinners and lunch here are bad as well. We asked for extra wash cloths, the staff had no idea what we were referring to so they brought us medium sized towels instead of the smaller wash cloths. We called the front desk about it and they told us they’d call us back twice and never did. The lamp shades were dirty, the bathroom and room were dark. We were going to upgrade to a bigger room, but it looked like a dark, grungy attic, so we opted out and decided to find a new hotel. The pool is badly kept and very old looking. The tiles around the pool look as though they were laid in the 1950’s and are dirty and badly kept. The awning above the pool literally shrieks and screams miserably as it’s retracting and closing. I felt bad for bringing my family here, as it’s comparable to a very bad, cheap, motel inn in America. It’s an overpriced and definitely not a 4-5 star resort it claims to be.
