Very good

The room was big enough and nice. The location is super. We had access to bus and ferry for getting to city center. The area is so beautiful and lovely. The breakfast was nice.

The hotel is quite old. The reception is in the second floor and when we got there, one of the door was closed. We were so confused how should we get in. I wish we would receive some kind of guide beforehand. I'm not sure if the hotel is 4star. because it doesn't have the facilities of a 4star hotel definately. We were in Gothenburg for Coldplay concert so all of the accomidatiin were expensive. I've reserved this one from a year ago and I was disappointed about the value of money.

Overall really solid. Price is fabulous.

Breakfast was very very good! I was surprised. Of course the views are great.

Super nice hotel, with nice staff and breakfast.

Nice, romantic and relaxed place. Like the area, no problem to get to the centre with either bus or ferry.

Not really anything, but would be nice to have the Wi-Fi access visible in the room.

ok hotel, breakfast good and relatively affordable. parking situatyhas to be explained clearly and not just ignored. as

room was small but ok, bathroom had heated floor which was nice

it says parking available. I was t told at checkin that I had to buy a ticket. there was a note on the sheet in the room but it was t clear at all. when I went back and asked they said it wasn’t the hotel’s responsibility. poor service as in the interim period I got a parking fine. my colleague who also stayed hit some too. be aware, it gets policed very often and you will get fined. it cost 600 SEJ so. it cheap.

Significant lack of maintenance. staff could barely speak Swedish nor English, and tried to double charge me.

water tap was hanging lose in the bathroom. light button switch was missing. lots of dust rats under the bed. the desk chair couldn’t be pulled away from the desk, as the wall jars just behind it

The bad reviews are justified!

The breakfast was great! The variety and selection of baked good including waffles. The only reason we booked the place was the location, which was great - middle of Eriksberg on the water, close to family. Wish I would have taken the time to read the reviews and instead book Quality 11 hotel just next door.

The room was way too small for 3 people, room had a lot of wear and tear including several big, patched holes in the walls, tv didn't work at first, but then we got it going by ourselves, we never saw any staff apart from at breakfast, no one cleaned the room for the entire 5 days (even though we asked).

Hotel dirty needs overhaul Nice location

Stay November 2021 and September 2022 The dirty dusty room, marks on walls and skirting boards, things broke or missing in bathroom , hair dryer just hanging over sink from socket as not attached to wall, they sad they have a special person looking after rooms, think that is what they were doing just looking , dirty cups, stains on seat covers , hair in food just told to put plate to side and she would take it away (no apology) towels to small, no staff when you wanted them and couldn’t understand what you wanted, out side door locked when arrived room cards not working when arrived after midnight Stayed here 2 years running gave benefit of doubt but no better second year there. They said they would give me £78 compensation for 1st year so went back 2 nd year no better sent emails and photos then they have just stopped replying. Would not recommend to anyone

It could have been better

Breakfast tasted good but it was a bit simple and not much variation over the days, also there where not that many choices. The location is easy to reach by public transport and traveling to the city center is easy to do.

There were a lot of things not in order in the room, lots of broken lightbulbs and there were pencil writings on the wall. Also the flush button of the toilet was hanging loose and could break any minute. Another thing was the inconsistency of the room service, I hanged up the sign on my door multiple (I think four) days and only one time they actually made up the room. Personal was not interested in you as guest. No ‘how was your travel’ question by check in and only ‘it’s okay, bye’ when checking out. The beds did not sleep that good, the mattrass was tho thin and the pillows were very small in my opinion.

Disapointing and extremely overpriced

The location is good and the bathroom was big and confortable.

The hotel is unatended, there is no duty staff at all in the location, only on the phone. No reception open, the key was on the wrong name, there was no shower gel or shapoo in the room. The facilities in the coomon room like cold water or ice dispenser were not working. It was a warm day and the room was like a sauna when I arrived... It took like 3 hours to send someone to bring the gel and shapoo (check the picture what they brought for SEK 2.000/night).

All in all you get what you pay for.

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable.

even though I sent 2-3 mails to the hotel via Booking.com, I did not get any reply. There is no phone number available to the hotel! This is a joke. This was our 2nd stay after 3 years at this hotel and I can feel the amortization on the facilities.

good location at North side of Gothenburg Harbour, clean rooms, good breakfast - many choices, nice staff at breakfast, medium sized room, public parking all around

no electrical socket near bed, no permanent reception and thus no staff apart from breakfast,

We were staying with the kids. Sockets are broken , bed linen and towels were not changed to clean. The electric air wind will break. Outside the coffin is 25 degrees , there is only one curtain in the room that does not pass any wind.

The only good thing is the location.

Bad stuff or you can say no service Not feeling safe. Waiting more than three hours for the check in The hotel is old and disgusting and needs repair. The hotel is incredibly dirty. There is no customer service and the smell is bad

Superb

Wonderful location directly at the harbour. Ferry connection to the city. When you buy a 24h ticket for public transport, make sure you buy it in the app. So the kids will travel for free... Good public parking for just 50 👑 a day...
