Mejor buscar otro sitio, este es un antro.

Este sitio es un antro. La habitacion estaba echa polvo, sucia y apestaba a tabaco. Cuando pedí un cambio de habitacion me lo negaron. Hacía calor y no se podía regular. Merece la pena buscar cualquier otro sitio.

Calidad precio aceptable

Está muy bien situado (ves el Pilar desde la ventana). Con aparcamiento público cerca. La habitación muy grande y con jacuzzi (dormimos 4 perfectamente). El desayuno correcto (no se acaba, muy variado).

El mantenimiento del hotel en general, brilla por su ausencia. Hacía frío en la habitación. La calefacción no funcionaba, y la bomba de calor no daba suficiente. La calle es peatonal. El aparcamiento del hotel no lo pudimos usar

Buena ubicación y precio.

Magnífica ubicación. Buen precio. Hotel normalito, pero funcional. Para pasar un par de noches está bien. Tiene bar.

DO NOT STAY HERE (at least not in summer)

The location is okay, the breakfast was basic but fine, staff were mostly friendly (but unable to actually do anything).

It never got below 32 degrees Celsius in our room, which I know because the broken A/C had a thermometer on it. As a result, we did not sleep for the entirety of our stay. We asked the staff about the A/C and they said they were working on it, but I then checked reviews and they mention it being broken as far back as 2021 at least so the staff were clearly lying. The WiFi came and went, preventing me from working effectively, and on the last day the power in our room disappeared repeatedly. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable, you could feel every spring, and the fridge didn't work. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me, and will also be writing to Booking about this place directly.

Would not recommend nor would stay there again

Location was good but if arriving by car more information is required before arriving at hotel to prevent a stressful situation regarding the car parking process.

Standard of room was disappointing. Door lock had previously been tampered with although it had been repaired it showed that someone had previously tried to break in and made us feel insecure.

Definitely recommended for everyone who wants to stay closer to city center for reasonable prices

Is one of the greatest place to stay in Zaragoza. Very close to city center, staff is super friendly and room was very comfy. Terrace almost on the rooftop just made my stay even better than I could expect.

Good location on the city centre

Not working cool air supplier in the room. noise isolation is zero as you literally hear everyone in the hotel. What is more, there are bed-bugs in the room.

Great central location! Great value! Bike friendly ( we could keep our bikes in a safe place). Good basic breakfast buffet with yogurt, cerelals, fruits, hot beverages, boiled eggs, bread and pastries, etc.

The old building lacks a bit of maintenance, but it does give it a certain kitsch flair :D.

Place in center of Zaragoza, great breakfast, very interesting paintings on the wall all over the hotel. We can recommend this hotel.

Ok to stay for one night if you will be there to sleep for few hours.

Location is pretty central and close to major amenities.

Hotel needs some major renovations. Rooms are extremely old, including furniture, pillows, bed sheets. Shower was leaking all over the bathroom. Walls are so thin we could hear people's conversation in the next room. Pillows are so uncomfortable it gave us neck pain. Very long check in process that took us about 15 minutes, we also had to wait about 20min for our turn.

Great value for money but unsafe door locking

Good heating system, great location, quiet room, breakfast included in price, incredible value for money specially due to its location

First time in my travels I felt unsafe in a room. The door opening system had been changed from card to a normal key and was badly done. I had problems opening the door but also not being able to insert the key in the keyhole when inside the room, thus not knowing if it was really fully locked when inside the room .

Good

This hotel certainly has character with hundreds of paintings on display in the corridors and ceilings etc. It appeared to have an element of 'faded grandeur' about it, but was quite charming nevertheless. It certainly felt like city living with noisy bustling streets below. It was only a short walk to find busy bars and restaurants in the old part of the city. There was very secure parking at a property over the road from the hotel, which was very reassuring for leaving our motorcycles. The breakfast was plentiful and continental style.
