At best I would sum up my stay as disappointing With hotel this bearing the Hilton name,I expected

The breakfast was sufficient, multiple choices .

I didn't like the fact that when I called the day before my arrival I was told that my reservation couldn't be found, that this happens often. At check in I was given 2 double beds, not a king bed which was originally reserved. The bottom of the bathtub in the room was stained,it looked like it had not been cleaned .

The best part of the hotel is the staff! Gret customer service.

great customer service; chef made excellent breakfast. Once issue bought to their attention it was handled. quickly. I loved the pool area with great bartenders at outside bar.

Coffee cup had lipstick on it; Outside women's bathroom had NO water coming out sink to wash hands. The room had old curtains with stains. The carpet had stains as well. Electrical plugs were lose and adapters were not charging. Toilet in room was not working properly; had to hold it down to flush and the hinge fell off the toilet seat. Towels were very hard like sandpaper and old!

The breakfast was really good, a lot of varieties. The omelettes were excellent. The staff was excellent and Friendly.

The rooms could have been a little better, pertaining to the floors.

For the price there was a lot of things included we saved money in food, drinks, beach chairs and umbrellas

Not a good experience

Location was great

Hotel is old and in dire need of a renovation. Dirty old carpet and furniture, scraped up and dirty bathtub and overall just pretty dismal. Way below expectations especially with the insane price tag of $347 for one night. Would not do again.

Very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is nice and I liked the location, the restaurants, casino, and the staff were awesome. Dry walkable area.The beach is 8 minutes away. The staff makes it worth staying with such great attitudes. And it is very pretty on the inside.

The price of the rooms were too expensive. The rooms need upgrades. The full beds should not be the standard size but queens. The bathtub was rusted and paint coming off. The carpet were heavily stained.The rooms are older but need a little help.

Relajación y felicidad.

Excelente personal, su servicio y amabildad están en lo máximo. Me encantó el desayuno, el jacuzzi, la cascada de la piscina, la sala del cuarto, el agua caliente de la bañera y la piña colada. Me gusta que los elevadores tengan cristal para observar mientras se usan.

Pensé que tenía acceso directo a la playa y tiendas de traje de baño y cosas para piscina. No tenían máquinas de café con variedad como French vanilla capuchino, etc. el Happy Our ofrecido a los clientes cierra muy temprano.

Non in linea con le aspettative per fascia di categoria e prezzo

Hotel centrale con possibilità di parcheggio. La disponibilità dello staff. Parcheggio in loco coperto e gratuito. La piscina è carina

La prima camera assegnata aveva il bagno sporco con evidenti tracce sul water. Per fortuna ci è stata data un'altra camera in quanto non era possibile intervenire per pulire la prima. La colazione era un pò scadente e aprendo una confezione di cereali erano presenti larve e muffa che avevano ormai prodotto i moscerini. Per un hotel di questo livello e fascia di prezzo il bagno è ridicolmente "antico" e scadente: niente doccia ma tenda di dubbia fattura nella vasca scrostata e con rubinetti arrugginiti.

Nähe zum Flughafen + Casino mit Band = Eine Überlegung Wert für einen Zwischenstop

Die Nähe zum Flughafen und das Casino im Hotel. Das interne Restaurant ist empfehlenswert, sofern man gerne Fisch ist. Die Band im Casino hat einen Flair verleiht. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum, welches Tag und Nacht geöffnet hat.

Die Zimmer könnten mal überholt werden, da es schon ein älteres Gebäude ist.

Friendly staff, very clean, everyone was nice and helpful.

I just wished the view in our room was nicer, I was expecting more of a luxury stay but this place was overall good.

Great location to the beach, food and shopd

The toilet made a loud noise Everytime it was flushed. The daily breakfast did not change. Always cubed hashbrowns you get in the frozen section of the grocery store, sausage patties and scrambled eggs. They need to turn up the heat the food was on the verge of being cold. Thought they would alternate days with bacon but no. The guy that prepared omelettes was very good. The happy hour now has a limit of 2 drinks and the margarita that was made fresh was the worst could not drink.

Great Hotel with friendly/knowledgeable Staff and great amenities!!!

The Staff was very polite and helpful, the free breakfast was awesome!!! ( they had a nice variety of hot and cold food) I loved the room especially that I could close the bedroom door and not hear the TV in the other room so my husband was able to relax and enjoy the TV without disturbing me!!! we were unaware of the 2-free drink tickets per day so that was really unexpected. and the beach was about 2blks away

Overall, we had good accommodations.

Breakfast was good. The location was great. The staff were efficient and friendly.

Had 5 guests in our suite but only 4 sets of towels. And we had to request for extra pillows and blankets.

Everything! The pool was awesome, the pool bar. All staff including housekeeping were very friendly.

Struggled getting our rental in and out of the parking ramp with our room key. Was difficult.

Location from airport great. On a main area to other local restaurants and the beach. Convenient stores 24 hour was great too

No itinerary. They need activities in the lobby main floor area. So much wasted space. Breakfast can be better

Lovely, lovely experience and stay.

The ambience, staff, cleanliness, food and location were all off the chain. I love everything about this hotel and will definitely recommend and stay again. Top quality service all around❤️

There were too much of marijuana scent at the entrance of the hotel. There should be a no smoking zone especially as it is the entrance. That was a big turn off for me.
