Good stay for a night

Location was great, close to the sea and quite close the main street. the hotel was well equipped with all expected items, kettle, hair dryer, soap etc. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful.

The shower had water coming from the bottom tap and the shower head, this didn't impact the pressure of the shower but it did seem to be wasting water. Some of the things could be updated, for example the light switches and electrical outlooks looked a bit old and the tap in the bathroom was easily moved.

Muy decepcionante el precio por los servicios

No me gusto las vistas, que daban a un contenedor de obras y paredes con grafitis cuando en la reserva especificaba vistas interesantes y foto puerto. La habitación era más pequeña y no correspondían los metros cuadrados, las vistas y los servicios que ponía como tetera. doble armario, vistas interesantes.. Me he sentido engañada porque he pagado una habitación de hotel y era más bien un hostal súper viejo. En la ducha no había mampara, una cortina y se salía todo el agua. No había recepción ya que la chica estaba solo unas horas y a partir de las 2 de la mañana estaba la recepción vacía.

Bien para tener un sitio donde dormir y cerca de la playa

La ubicación, sin estar al lado de todos los restaurantes y la playa pero lo suficientemente cerca

El aislamiento de las paredes, se oía todo, tanto cuando hablaban los de al lado como cuando iban al baño. Nos tocó en la planta baja, a escasos metros de la recepción y las horas en las que no estaba el recepcionista y llamaban por teléfono (23:30, 00:00...) lo oíamos totalmente.

Muy buena ubicación, en pleno paseo marítimo

La ubicación, muy cerca de la playa y del centro. El trato del personal. Fabuloso que tuviera terraza. Mucha luz natural. Un detalle el pequeño pack de bienvenida y la plancha con su tabla y el secador de pelo con difusor 😊

Instalaciones algo anticuadas, faltaría una reforma. Eché en falta más espacios donde colocar las maletas y más perchas. La iliminación no natural, algo escasa.

Días tranquilos en Vilanova

Cogimos la habitación doble premium y era mucho más grande de lo que esperábamos, tenía una terracita muy bonita que daba para un parque. También tuvimos una nevera que nos sirvió mucho para hacernos bocadillos para las mañanas y en general el tamaño de la habitación fue lo mejor. El lugar es perfecto para salir de la ciudad y desconectar, el barrio es súper tranquilo y se descansa muy bien, la playa está a menos de 10min caminando y la estación de trenes a 15min, todo muy cerca. De verdad, disfrutamos mucho quedarnos aquí.

Todo estuvo bastante bien para el precio que pagamos.

Spacious room

Smell of sewerage in the room Balcony doors that didn’t lock , very unsafe with young children Window with low down latch that opened fully on third floor that children could easily open. Children had to be constantly supervised in our room due to unsafe doors and windows in a high up floor.

This hotel is worth about 40 euros a night I would say, better to go to different place.

The location is okay, next to a noisy road, but near the beaches and town..

Mainly the air conditioning didn't work on two nights out of three. Totally ruining the holiday. It was boiling, impossible to sleep. We moved room every day..finally the last day the room was good, though smaller. The first bathroom stunk of the sewers and nearly made us vomit each time we went in. The walls were scruffy and scratched and poorly maintained. The second room, the flush wouldn't work on the toilet. Another worrying aspect was that the fridge became red hot in the night..and the electrics in the room look a bit dangerous, some held together with tape!!!

Expensive for what offered

The hotel is just OK, rooms are big, location is good. Bed was comfy.

This hotel definitely needs a good revamp and renovation. The shower was terrible, with the water changing temperature every few seconds. The TV didn't work. Reception was never there and not particularly friendly. When we checked out at 10.30am (check out is at 11am), no-one was there, we called the number twice and nobody answered. We decided to leave the keys in the box and our bags behind reception (unattended), to then be told off when we came back to collect them for having done so. Not sure what we were supposed to do. I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Location was good and room was fairly clean.We stayed on the ones that has a balcony and liked it.

The bed was spacious but it was squeaking and it felt like I was falling into a hole.

location

the bathroom (particularly the shower) and the noise. 3 buildings in construction around the location. Terribly noisy. Imposible to sleep after 8:00 am

Nice stay

I liked that the room had a balcony

It’s not as nice as on photos it needs maintenance. People that come for the beach it’s quite a walk from the hotel But you have a nice view to the sea and marina

Location is great. There are shops and many restaurants nearby. It’s also near the train station. The hotel is in front of a harbor and as you turn further to the right, there’s a lovely park in front of the beach. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. It has a 1L glass of water, a kettle and a couple of biscuits and coffee as a complimentary which is nice. The receptionist could speak English.

There is no staff at the reception after 22h - 1400. So if something goes wrong, you’re on your own. We had a problem with our room keycard because when we extended our stay, the receptionist forgot to re-validate it for the next day the reason for us to be locked outside our room for hours. Nobody answered our calls within this long break. Good thing a lovely housekeeper helped us to get in using her own access card. We had to wait til it’s 1400(opening hour) so the receptionist could re-validate our keycard. The room cost: Personally, I think it’s expensive. Breakfast: The breakfast is served in the restaurant beside it. The female staff (or the owner ) doesnt speak English and we had a miscommunication about a coffee choice that she yelled at me in frustration. The breakfast itself is very basic yet expensive.

Fantastic location, fantastic staff

The three staff that we met during our stay were exceptional. The person who booked us in was very helpful providing us with information, recommendations and discount vouchers to enable us to make the most our stay. The housekeeper we spoke to ar the of our stay went out of her way to secure our luggage in the secure room until it was time to leave Villanova and we were directed to a short cut to the train station. The accommodation exceeded our expectations.

It was a last minute trip and I searched to book for Sitges and this hotel appeared on my search. On top, the location is identical to Sitges. Walls are super thin, bathroom dirty, loudness everywhere.

Great and pleasant.

No breakfast included in my price.

The bathroom smell on the first floor. The bathroom was clean but a strong odor was coming from the toilet. The staff was very helpful and explained to us that the system was very old, and sometimes this is expected. She was very kind and used a cleaning product that made the bathroom smell more pleasant. Another problem was the construction noise behind the building otherwise okay.
