Un excellent séjour dans un lieu confortable avec des employés aux petits soins.

La chambre insonorisée, spacieuse et confortable avec suffisamment de rangements.

La salle du petit déjeuner avec peut être pas assez d'espace entre certaines tables.

Good hotel, with very polite and attentive staff, with superb position, and secure car parking.

The breakfasts were very good, with a good International choice available. I also liked the fact that it had a very secure underground car park.The location is excellent, being only a few meters from the promenade, restaurants, and beach

I didn't quite realise it is essentially a 'bed and breakfast Hotel, so there is no bar, and no lounge, which is ok for summer, but in the bad weather, it might have been nice to have a Hotel, where you could just sit and read etc. It has now become practice all over it seems, to charge you for car parking, on top of your hotel stay, which is an annoying way, of getting more out of clients. Not just a criticism of this Hotel, they are all doing it, but it remains an annoyance

Very nice Hotel at the beach front. The room was very comfortable and clean. we had a nice balcony with sea view. The breakfast was perfect. The personnel was very kind.

Great Location, Attentive Staff, Good Rooms!

I enjoyed the attentiveness of the staff. In my first room, the water was running red with rust. Apparently earlier that day, there had been construction work on-site. I assumed it was routine maintenance during the off-season. The hotel concierge switched me to another room because I wasn't going to bath with rust-colored water. Additionally the location is GREAT. The hotels is 10 minutes away from the train station. It's also very near some good restaurants and the sea port.

The situation with the rust-colored water in my bathroom was extremely uncomfortable. But the concierge switched me to another room that night, so the situation was fixed. I wish there had been a fridges in the rooms to store one's snacks and fruits. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but after 6pm, the streets of Arcachon are PITCH BLACK. I'm not sure if they turn off the street lights to save energy? But as a woman travelling solo, this felt unsafe. The street lights were also OFF at 6am when I left to take my train. Very scary.

When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The employee at the reception was very warm and helpful. The room was large, clean and quite exemplary. We needed a little medical assistant and the reception staff helped us very well. Many thanks for that.

Considering that this is an expensive hotel, I feel that a hotel bar and a place to sit down to chat are really lacking. This hotel is quite expensive considering that it lacks all facilities in the lobby. When you are travelling with children and just want to skip out off the room for a little while but not out of the hotel then a hotel bar would be perfect.

Overall, good value for money and an excellent location.

Hotel was in an excellent location on the promenade close to attractions. It was clean and well run. A good Breakfast was available.

Excellent, well run oroperty on the beach.

. Fantastic location. Right on the beach and in the middle of the town near all restaurants and shops. Staff all very helpful and polite and pleasant. Lola answered my query immediately and gave very helpful advice on room choice. We had a fabulous room with a large balcony looking at the sea. We were very impressed with this hotel. Also only 5 minutes walk from the train station.

Great location and very friendly staff Breakfast was also a very pleasant with lots of choices. Connection with wifi was difficult and the process was required every time. Signal was also poor
