Facilities were great. Pool lovely, kids water area fantastic. Scenery amazing!. Liked being slightly outside main town, but Nadia made it very easy to get around from free bikes to free bus app, the bus stop was at end of lane. Fabulous restaurants within walking distance.

Our staying in Residence Filanda during Riva Bike festival 2023 has definately matched our expectations.
We, as a Drive System manufacturer, had very comfortable stay with whole Team for what we are very helpful.
Equipment, location and personal was for us during the Event a perfect place to be to enjoy the views and get energies charged for next biking days.

Everything was great, fam Azzolini was super nice and helpful. it was pleasure to stay in their apartment, location is super. I was also very pleased that there were kitchen items like sponge, washing liquid, dishwasher tablettes and so.
definitely recommend and hopefully will stay again!

Lovely location (a bit off the lake but we had bikes so was easy), property and grounds. The room was spacious and well equipped, very clean and lovely balcony with views of the mountains. Very welcoming and friendly staff, you can tell it is family run, and very helpful with recommendations etc.

Excellent location, few minutes from the city center by bike, half an hour by walk. Bikes are available for free, different sizes so that complete family could ride. Apartment we get had well equipped kitchen, contained all devices you need for a good stay. Large pool is a part of the property, it was very much appreciated by families (especially kids). The staff (owner) is a energic and very helpful person, always ready to help you and answering your questions.

We Were self catering. The owners were very nice. Free use of the bikes was a real bonus for us. The pool right outside our accomodation was superb

This is such a special property for so many reasons. We were two families travelling together and there was so much for the children to do. They particularly loved the water park (even though we thought they may be too old @ 11 & 14 years old). There were ample pool toys, ping pong, trampoline and well maintained and beautiful grounds. we stayed in the villa with pool which was relaxing and never too crowded. Good for the adults. Family run property with friendly and efficient service. A lovely haven for relaxing.
Not walking distance from town, especially in the heat. we had a car so that was ok.

We loved staying there. Perfect for a family and it is only a short walk to the town centre. Lot's to play for the little ones and nice apartments.

Our kids LOVE the waterpark and the pool, the trampoline, the sandpit, the birds. Great for kids. Fff of the main road, within walking distance to restaurnats and shops. We have been 3 times in the last 2 years and will be back next year. Great starting destination for cycling with a buggy and kids inside.
It would be great if cleaning and change of sheets coud be booked during the stay for extra pay.

A real great mix of amazing location (calm but so close to services as such as restaurant, shopping, pharmacy), a warm and professional treatment from the landlady, Nadia, a right size of basic but efficient apt, amazing swimming pool for adults and kids, a 24/7 bike service ( bikes are in the garage). I immediately decided to book for a second stay for later in Aug. Guests you meet are discreet but very nice and polite. Many of them are going there since many years...i will do so!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Residence Filanda.
We’re planning to spend our next vacation there already. The owners are amazing, super friendly and very easy to communicate. All the amenities are superb! Big pool with jacuzzi and water park for kids plus playground and trampoline. Ideal for family with kids.
At the apartment there’s a very well equipped kitchenette, with everything what you may need during your stay.
We strongly recommend Residence Filanda!

It was incredibly basic and in the middle of no where. We booked it as we thought it would be good for my toddler but she hated it the slides were more suitable over over 5s and the main pool wasnt heated. The kids swing and slides are very tired and we had to get in the car to go everywhere as we didn't spend anytime at the apartment as it did not suit us
