Hay q actualizar las instalaciones
El teléfono de la habitación viejo y no hay siquiera una guía que indique cuál es el número para llamar a la recepción.
La idea de los hoteles NH q yo conozco no condice con la experiencia de mi última estadía

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.
The staff was lovely although sparce.
The location was excellent.
Food at breakfast was decent.
For the price, it lacks attention to details,
Diver cover was poor, no tissue in the room, lift was scary. I upgraded to a junior suite after booking floor 8 but was not offered a possibility higher level. Shower/bath was poor for a suite.
Toilet seat wonky.
I did enjoy it, but those small details counts.

La situación en la ciudad que facilitaba su visita
La habitación era excesivamente pequeña, la cama incómoda y por haber hecho la reserva a través de Booking, no teníamos ni agua de cortesía

La localización tan cerca de la catedral y zona comercial , de sidra y vinos
Sólo tenía una ventana que daba a un patio interior, como era en planta 1 apenas había luz natural

La situacion en pleno centro de Oviedo
El baño estaba sucio y para un NH las instalaciones muy anticuadas, con un escalon oara entrar al baño en la propia habitacion

The breakfast was good. The location was good. The bathroom was very good.
The bedroom was very cramped & an odd shape. The view from the window was the inner well with broken glass tile of next door. Also we couldn’t keep the windows open due to the smell of the drains. It wasn’t the NH standard we expect.

Great location, very friendly staff, nothing was a problem. Very honest staff, large sum of money left behind, notified as soon as discovered.
Same price rooms, had different size beds and space.

Location is amazing. The staff were very nice and helpful. There is a car aprk very near in whcih you get a discount (it costs around 11€ / day).
The lobby was a but out of date, it would be nice if they made a cosy - modern lobby.
