Es un alojamiento que va pidiendo a gritos alguna reforma que otra. Pero para lo que lo queríamos, cumplió perfectamente su cometido.

The hotel is in a very good location, next to the river and close to the old city center and other major attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the room was clean and big enough. Also clean bathroom and quite spacious, well organized. The breakfast was very good with many choices for cold and hot foods.

The staff was helpfull most of the times and acceptable, tolerant of us. The city is a wonderfull footwallk location, everything is at 15 minutes distance or less. It was not pricy and we could see most of the city in 5 days, there's plenty to experience and live there and the Hotel was on the perfect location to be our "home" base. Despite looking conservative it is a very tolerant and gay friendly city.
The gym was too small and not well equipped. The room-service options were short. Small mini-fridge. Majority of the commerce closes too early. There was no Uber for when we were carrying to much bags.

Nothing, we had an amazing stay and would defently recommand this place.

Was really nice and clean staff where very nice. The only down side was the walls are very thin and the couple next door where up to 2:00 after to many drinks. But I doubt that is a regular thing just very inconsiderate neighbours. If the walls were sound proof I’d give it a 10 :) thanks for the stay

Totally perfect in all respects. Junior suite with balconies overlooking river and park. Quiet city location. Silent air conditioning. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast.

All was good and we loved the location
The bed was not great, could have been more comfortable and it has 2 wheels on one side so it kept on sliding.

Very nice large room with all facilities expected in a hotel of this class. Clean, comfortable, good wifi, nice view over small park. Good situation near Palmas bridge and within walking distance of old town, shops/bar/restaurants.
Check-in was a bit slow, as only one person at reception, who had to deal with phone calls as well as me.
Otherwise no complaints.

the hotel has a good view outside ,comfortable environment
can easily hear the noise from the other room. can’t sleep overnight as the upper room making noise too loudly overnight.

The hotel is in a good area, the rooms spaciouse and confortable ( alittle dated pictures missing from the wall.) the reception staff very helpful check in went well. the hotel was very clean.
the breakfast in the morning was cold and not a good selection of hot food. there was avery goodselection. the bar closed realy early for an hotel so had to call a food delivery company. I awlays like to eat in the hotel.
