location outside Cambridge but convenient to walk
the small bed in our room (which had a double bed which was fine)needs mattress replaced.

Friendly welcome, well appointed room for the price, good supply of tea etc
Car parking was a bit of a concern though fortunately the convenient on street parking was free from my first evening (Saturday) till my departure on Monday morning.

It was very cute decor and the reception was friendly.
The room was cold, and the bathroom was tiny and the location was quite far from the main tourist area.

My partner and I needed a good place to stay while visiting our daughter. Acorn was not exceptional but it was good value for money only let down by lack of breakfast and weekend housekeeping.

Clean comfortable bed friendly staff free parking on a side road
Dirty floors two big spiders with lots of cobwebs mould on bathroom tiles door frame and shower a very bad smell coming from the shower plug very dated room plug socket hanging of very dangerous very small car park only three cars but they look like the owners cars so no space for guests

genuine and good price with all you need. we stayed in a two bed room with bay window, spatious and clean. nice oldfashioned furniture. lots of charm. near to town with walking along CAM river.

Our room was spacious, and the most comfortable bed, ideally located to walk into town, vey pleasent stay, host was very helpful, explained the area to us 😊

The staff are friendly, the wifi is stable, the bed is comfortable. All in all it is a decent accommodation for a couple of nights.
In summer the room is like a sauna, the small windows can can be opened only about a couple of inches. No AC nor a ventilator. The location is ok, however the prices are not competitive. A tad noisy due to the thin walls, but in overall it is bearable.

Clean, comfy beds, friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Pot with tea, coffee for your disposal in your room. Generally we had very pleasant stay.
The hot water in the shower takes ages to start and the floor feels kind of oblique.

This is not a 4 star establishment, it does not provide breakfast as your website indicates. I was charged £171 for 2 nights and require a refund .
