Lovely and cozy hotel near the Notre Dame Church! The staff was really nice and the dorm was cozy. The prize for a room was okey and we liked the we had time to check in late at night.

It was hot indoors as the room did not have AC. The walls were also really thin so it was very loud noises from the other rooms.

Shower water pressure was good. There were beds.

Everything else. Shower was loose/broken. Sink was a safety Hazard because it was not secured to the wall. Room was uncomfortably warm. Even for 2 stars this was terrible.

Excellent location, no more than a five minute walk to anywhere in the centre. Staff were very good and did their best to make us welcome. Room was huge, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and personal.

Top floor is the equivalent of 6 flights of stairs. There is no lift. Lucky I am fit and strong! Plumbing was an issue however. Top floor toilets are a let down. Breakfast was expensive. Some mix up about city tax. Booking.com say it is payable on site, but then they charged me this also!

The hotel changed owner and is under restauration. The location a few steps from the cathedral.

No elevator and room on second floor. Lock on front door not working , probably under restauration , food smell in corridors.

very clean, oh and the staff were absolutely astounding!!! everything we asked for was fine and was very family friendly. Food was Awsome the kids ate to their hearts content.

the bathroom maybe could of been a little bit tidier but not unuseable.

The location was amazing, 5 minutes walking from the Reims cathedral and the city center.

The rooms are somewhat small but OK for the price. It is a bit noisy as you can hear water flushing from other rooms, but it was not dramatic!

In and around dining room unpleasant smell of old frying fat so we decided to skip breakfast

Fair price for what was received (no frills accommodation), room was very basic but clean, pleasant reception, good location for our needs, bed fairly comfortable. Ok place if just passing through town for a night

Unsteady wifi, no door on shower room, water closet/toilet very small, dim lighting and one lightbulb was out, no elevator, hotel and room looks worn, tired and dark, no parking- must find street parking, no area to pull over to even drop bags off,no shampoo provided, door and wifi code handwritten on a post-it note, would be nice if cards were professionally printed for this. A few upgrades and attention to detail (lighting!) would bring this hotel to the next level.
