My second stay in this hotel in the span of 1 month. It is so close to some of the good restaurants in Makati. I enjoyed Cartel, Wholesome Table, Wildflour and Tiong Bahru. The room is kept clean.
Noise from the street, especially late evening or early, can reach some of the floors. Windows need more noise proofing.

Picasso Residences is so close to many of the good restaurants in Makati and the Saturday Market. The room was kept clean. We requested for additional pillows and we were given comfy pillows.
Nothing.

Room was great, spacious and clean. The pillows were fantastic. Had a great night sleep. Staff were friendly and there were great cafe's and restaurant's nearby. It was good that there was filtered water in the rooms
More access to be able to refill the filtered water would be great.

Located in a quiet neighborhood in Makati, room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast at the restaurant is also very delicious.

glass door heading to shower and toilet has safety issue and needs to be corrected. swing door needs to be provided with door stop from swinging out to prevent hitting the fire sprinkler system or else signage needs to be added. once its corrected its a perfect place to stay with in budget and a short step away with in reach in everything you need.

Check in
I was accused of smoking in my room and charged 5000 php. They claimed I left cigarette butts in the room. I don't smoke cigarettes and they couldn't produce this "evidence" before I had to leave for the airport. A complete fabrication. And for what reason? I liked that place. I've stayed there more than ten times over the years. Never again.

Unfortunately pure vegetarian options was available, so skipped the breakfast. Food preferences are personal choice. By the way overall nice stay. Nice room and very specious.

Have stayed here several times. Always good. Big room. Nice quiet area with plenty of good restos and cafes around the area.
No pool - but it’s ok

Big room, clean, comfortable sheets and towels.
Really makes for a good professional accomodation with a large desk and chair.
Some of the power outlets were broken, but there are so many in the room it didn't matter too much.. tv should be updated to something bigger

I arrived at the hotel past 10pm. I was quite tired after a 14 hour flight. My bags were brought upstairs while I checked in at the front desk, quick and easy. The room itself was good. Comfy bed, cold air con, a basic kitchenette, and shower with hot water! The restaurant downstairs was convenient too. Perfect for a one night stay.
The tea kettle in the room was dirty, didn't take the chance to use it to make coffee. I would have loved to see the art gallery but it wasn't open by the time I checked out.
