the location is great!

the air conditioner did not work at all. Even though I tried contacting the host multiple times to send someone to fix it, nothing at all was done about it. We were super uncomfortable without the ac working

Great location, very clean. I would stay there again.

Very clean & great location.

I was traveling without internet access prior to my stay so didn’t get email/info about city tax until just before arriving, so that was a little stressful. Also directions to the property were not very clear.

Good place to stay but .. could be better

. The location is perfect, walking distance from Rialto vaporeto and Venice key tourist attractions . The apartment is exactly as described in pictures and it’s large and comfortable with a kitchen we could actually use to cook dinner

. Bed not really good and no foam pillows . Noisy from the street till late at night . The check-in process with a WhatsApp message asking for payment 24H prior to arrival with no earlier warning of such requirement, assuming guests would be reachable and available to proceed over secured payment portal (I was out of coverage most of the day before check in and it took me a while to sort out not receiving SMS confirmation as I was roaming). When I called to inquire, I got a “No payment no keys” welcome that I found hard to swallow

Very brief 2 night stay in Venice…. loved Venice and hope to return

The location was great ….. apartment safe and comfortable

No complimentary tea or coffee , milk , sugar etc No towelettes for stepping out of the shower No door on the en suite bathroom

Exceptional

Eliza helped us with a last-minute booking when our Airbnb fell through. The apartment was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for our stay in Venice! Great location, great a/c (it was very hot outside when we were there!)

Poor

Left waiting in front of the building on my arrival without letting me in til payment of city taxes was not proved (it was sent on the day of my travel there which obviously makes it hard to pay upfront). Most disappointing thing about the place were the ants that were all over the place.

Really nice. Enjoy your stay. During you stay you have to pay statetax/16 euro per day/.

Perfect location, near is a Brazilian bar with really nice staff and really good meal for the breakfast. Also there are a lot of restaurant. If you are eating outside in restaurant on the square you will pay tax for service 15 euro /nobody informated us about it before/ :(.

Appartment was not prepared on time, about one hour later.

very basic no toaster sockets were dodgy very dark, chairs had no cushions, jacuzzi didn’t work. badly needed a refurb. price was very high for standard of the room and lack of facilities.

The location is central. The apartment is spacious and the price is reasonable.

That i was asked to pay through a whatsapp link before my arrival. But then this was fixed and the owner waited for me and i paid using ATM upon arrival

Worth every penny

Location was good, very central, very spacious and very clean.

No lounge area but the spacious layout made up for it.

Exceptional

Loved everything about it. Stellar property and management. Location was even better. Mgmt responds within minutes to questions. There was an issue processing my credit card. Staff came to our room after our arrival. Problem was resolved, helped with orientation in the city and suggested itineraries. Large rooms, meticulously cleaned, great beds, perfect location-central to main attractions. Rent this one! You won’t be sorry. —Lisa :)

Only suggestion might be a single-use packet or two of laundry detergent or a couple of pods. Minor really. Nice job. Your property is lovely.

Using our American network it was very difficult to find. The address sent us in the wrong direction, finally used "Rezidenzia Manin Apartments" and got us straight there

Great value. Large apartment with two bathrooms, everything we needed, central location with vaporetto stop short distance away, and easy to find.

Everything was so clean. The location was impeccable. It was quiet. The AC was cool and comfortable. 100% recommend this place for families. Cafes, Restaurants, sights... perfect.

Shower didn't drain correctly.
