Good location, helpful staff

Very friendly staff that were incredibly flexible and helpful with anything I needed, even after checkout. The rooms were spacious and clean with close proximity and great access to the stunning local beach

The room was a bit on the cheap end, which would be understandable for a cheaper hostal if not for its fairly expensive price (even for Ibiza standards), and consistent noise from other rooms and the street made it quite hard to remain asleep

I forgot the name of the guy on the reception..he was super helping and friendly..location is too good at the price offered plus the property is well maintained and clean..

the hostel offers everything you need. Simply rooms with a balcony. very clean. and friendly and helpful hosts. We felt completely at home and immediately extended our stay.

As soon as we arrived receptionist gave us amazing recommendations which helped us to shape our plans. She always recommended the best places as soon as we guide her what we were looking for. It was really nice that hotel gave us a sunscreen :) The room was also as we have expected - clean and quiet. Location was central.

The beds were not that comfortable.

The location is good, near bus stops, with lots of stores like a mini market etc. The staff was very helpful and kind, they helped us in many ways. They even have umbrellas and beach towels available. The room was very clean, big enough and quiet.

Although the location is good it is a bit far from the old town and the port. I understand that acommodation in Ibiza town is more expensive but I think it was a bit overproced for a Hostal. However. we were really satisfied, so it was ok.

Our stay at Hostal Pitiusa was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was pretty basic but very clean. Location to the beach front is very convenient (as well as for ferries to Formentera) and the Old Town of Ibiza is a 15-20 minute walk away.

Excellent and very helpful staff. Nice hotel close to the beach and walking distance to the city center and old town. Rooms have big balconies.

Nothing, really. Hotel is old and maybe a bit run down, but everything is clean, there's a fridge in the room and all in all it's better than what you would expect for a 2-star hotel.

A very friendly, intimate and warm welcome amongst other less personal and welcoming places. Don't let the hostal word and 2 stars fool you! Everything spotlessly clean, well done and owners more than accomodating. They checked me in 3 hours early AND gave me a room upgrade. They accommodated a bike and let me check out late. Lovely wee place 🥰 I was in a "4 star" hotel nearby before and this was a much better place. Beach 1 minute away.

I'm a regular and discerning traveller but in honesty I cannot fault this place. Despite the air con in my room not working, they responded awesomely and swifty sought to repair.

Helpful friendly staff

It is one minute from Figueretes beach. The place is clean and in good condition. Given that all accommodation near Ibiza Town is overpriced the value is reasonable. The staff are friendly.

The single room was a REAL single room, small with a single bed, small window with no view. I was not able to check in early. Wi-fi was annoying because you have to log in again and again.

For the money (Ibiza accommodation prices are CRAZY) it’s perfect. Very decent budget option. Strong hot shower, spacious room, aircon + fan.

The best Hostal I have experienced in Ibiza City so far. The rooms are quiet, clean, with aircon, fridge, safe and wifi for free. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect next to the figueretas beach, walking distance to the city centre and playa d'en Bossa and close to the airport.

It’s located 2 blocks away from the beach with lots of bars and restaurants around. The room was spacious and clean. But what we liked the most was how friendly and helpful the staff was!! They even helped us to rent a car in just a few minutes and gave us advices on all the places we should visit.

It’s a little far away from the historic center (20min walk).

That they don’t have a lift (at least for first floor) so you have to get the luggage upstairs by the stairs

Location is good close to the beach in Figueretas and center of Ibiza town. Nice upgrade for me by the hotel to a superior room, thank you!
