Where shall I start? A beautiful estate, tastefully designed and carefully runned by a lovely and authentic team. Not to mention the common room with fireplace, the breakfast on the terrace, the open trust-bar, the home-cooked dinner ….. did I mention the free bikes and the lunch bags? perfect to relax … we loved it!

Três Marias is a perfect escape from routine. Its design, flavours and landscape is in perfect harmony with nature. It was a simply beautiful stay.

Serene location but close to superb beaches.

Nothing could have been better. It’s a great place to stay and unwind.

Loved being able to have breakfast in the common area and that there was a pool onsite! Dinner was always great too, I'm glad nightly meals were switched between a fish and meat option every other day.

We needed more warning on the road conditions to get to the actual Tres Marias. It is definitely not meant for small rental cars (which is what we had). It was extremely bumpy and lots of holes we needed to dodge. Definitely, need something more SUV like for staying here. Also, at the beginning of the road, it is not well marked that you are heading the right direction. One last point, the pool isn't heated at all, so the water was super cold and we didn't use the pool at all. During the Summer I'm sure that's not a problem though.

Location and setting, sensibility, dinner, staff - all beyond our expectations. fairly priced. It is a certain rustic, low keyed and welcoming Comporta vibe that we absolutely loved - different than anything else we experienced throughout our extensive travels in Portugal.

No screens on the window or fan in the room for ventilation requiring mosquito netting

Awesome location, very quiet, no urban noise. Tasty food and awesome breakfast. I would say Tres Marias that's a romantic place😊

The road to the hotel isn't the best, but manageable 😅

Loved the relaxed atmosphere and communal spaces. Delicious breakfast and traditional simple dinners. All the staff were friendly, we enjoyed our chats whilst taking our time over dinner! Loved the pool!

The food was delicious and not that expensive. The views ,the rest time . The swimming pool was good.

Absolutely beautiful!! Only wish we stayed a little longer. Also wish it was a bit closer to other restaurants/town.

The keys are super large. Would definitely be nice to not have such a large wooden paddle w the key.
