Las fotos corresponden a habitaciónes superiores o se hicieron cuando se inauguró

Fuera de la ciudad y pegado al aeropuerto.

A la llegada no te informan de: * Horarios del desayuno * Red WiFi * Bebida de bienvenida Tampoco hay ascensor y las habitaciones están en pisos con escaleras. Íbamos con una persona de movilidad reducida y no nos dieron una habitación en el piso de recepción, que las tienen. Mi habitación estaba vieja y descuidada.

Muy mala atención por parte del personal de recepción. Las instalaciones son viejas, aunque limpias, el desayuno muy deficiente, en su mayoría eran cosas dulces, el café te lo sirven como racionandolo, es decir no está a demanda por ejemplo.. pudieran mejorar

Desayuno variado. Por ejemplo una persona con enfermedades metabólicas o que no pueda comer gluten no tiene opciones. Solo hay panes, queques, mermeladas y dulces.

Great choice of buffet and menu. Peaceful setting around courtyard garden.

Hotel decoration is now looking a bit tired and could do with freshening up, but that is only visual. All the rest is super.

A perfectly fine hotel, despite the rude staff.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Swimming pool and a welcome drink was a nice added bonus.

Hotel was used as a stop before an early morning flight however it is still a couple of KMs away, meaning that walking is not possible and you are forced to get an overpriced taxi. Reception staff are also some of the rudest I have come across. Repeatedly ignored and not at all made to feel welcome. When telling them that the main bathroom was completely out of toilet paper, they simply shrugged their shoulders and did nothing about it.

Good hotel close to the airport

Stayed for a single night as we had an early morning flight. It's not far from the airport and convenient for an overnight stay. Clean, modern, and fresh hotel.

Before checking in there was a large group (50+) of Korean tourists. The poor receptionist was left alone juggling the check-in while numerous staff who could have helped just walked past. We waited 30+min to check in due to this. We weren't in a rush, but the staff should have been more collegial to one of their overworked colleagues!

The rooms were nice

There was not wifi service during our entire stay. The hotel is very isolated. There are not restaurants, supermarkets, etc around.

Wish I hadn't bothered

The room itself was fine and had everything I needed.

Was charged considerablely more than expected due to not paying by credit card. If paying by debit card or in pesos you will pay a much higher rate. No free drink on arrival as others mentioned previously. Had an early morning flight yet no breakfast box offered. Taxi they ordered for me to the airport charged me double what I paid going the opposite way the night before.

a good place to stay near the airport

I liked the breakfast and the room, it was comfortable. The staff was very friendly specially during breakfast time. Hotel provided a free complementary drink.

The hotel floors are distributed in a kind of zigzag pattern, several twists and turns to reach the room. Nothing really bad, but it was a bit annoying. One can tell the Hotel is old, the wear and tear of some hotel parts is visible. Restaurant prices were pricey, so I had to order outside via a delivery app. I had to sign a form to release the hotel from any responsibility derived from the food I ordered. Understandable though.

Good location and facilities

They overcharged us for our stay and the ignored our request for a refund. I subsequently found this has happened to other guests. Be sure to check your bill before you leave.

OK for one night before or after a flight but wouldn't want to stay longer

The food in the restaurant was good. Short taxi ride from the airport.

We stayed one night after our Atacama visit due to a morning flight to Santiago. At first glance it seems like a nice upscale hotel but... The reception staff was so rude it was like we were bothering them to check in. The hotel had sent an email previously about the need to pay in USD cash if we wanted to avoid the 19% tax so I had brought that along to pay. Turns out they would only take a credit card - they said the tax wouldn't be charged but that remains to be seen. We arrived at about 5:00 with no lunch and were starving but the restaurant doesn't open until 7pm and there is absolutely nothing else in the vicinity. The lobby bar wasn't even open until 7. There is supposedly a minibar in the room but it was completely empty. Finally went to dinner at 7 and the wait staff was no nicer than that reception staff - however, the food was good. The room was quiet and comfortable but there are no USB plugs and only one side of the bed has a plug of any sort. Cleanliness in both the room and the common areas was mediocre at best. Bottom line, it's close to the airport and will do for one night but I sure wouldn't want to be stuck there longer than that.
