Known for its gorgeous homes and iconic views at nearby Kerry Park, Queen Anne boasts two lively and unique districts for shopping and entertainment and both are easily accessible from the condo: Upper Queen Anne's shopping center is lined with trendy shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, a pharmacy, several banks, and grocers including Trader Joe’s, B&E Meats & Seafood, and a Farmers’ Market late May to October. Uptown (also known as Lower Queen Anne) has cafes, restaurants and pubs plus the Metropolitan Market. We rented this 2 BR property for days as a base for shopping, medical appointments and visits from family and friends. Could not have worked out better! Great kitchen let us cook, great location let us eat out and shop. Lovely bedrooms and bath. Super user friendly. Five stars for sure!

This unit has a great location. There is beautiful landscaping. It was very clean and well appointed. We especially appreciated the bagels, cream cheese and jam so we didn’t have to go back out to the store for breakfast. The snack basket, appetizers, and wine were very nice and much appreciated. We loved our stay here and will probably come again.

We will most definitely stay here every time we come to Seattle! The property was meticulously clean. All of the finishes were very high end. The location was ideal--super close to everything yet set in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a peek-a-boo view of the water from the dining room windows. The dedicated parking space was very appreciated! Coming from the desert SW, we really loved the "treehouse" feel of the unit. We enjoyed the fireplace and heated floor in the bathroom. The owner truly spoils his guests with luxurious bathrobes and lovely treats! Local bagels, cream cheese, half-n-half, coffee, charcuterie, snacks, and wine! What a spread! If anything, the photos didn't do this place justice. Thank you for sharing this amazing property with us!

Overall I had a very great time there, it’s in a very good location close to the space needle and other popular attractions. The units themselves are very nice and very beautiful. if I was ever to return to Seattle i would definitely consider staying again, and is over all a beautiful place to stay

The location was fantastic and the house was amazing! It's a beautiful home with extraordinary amenities, and we truly appreciated and enjoyed our stay here. We were able to walk to a grocery store and drug store for everything we needed, as well as the Space Needle, Chuhily and a splashpad that the kids enjoyed. I would highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay here again!

The condo was an absolute gem! We were welcomed with wine and cheese and bagels. The kitchen was completely stocked, the beds were very comfy and we loved the bathrobes! We will definitely stay here again on a future trip to Seattle!

The house surpassed our expectations. We had 2 adults and 2 toddlers and the space was perfect. It is walkable to a lot of the nearby attractions. It was an added bonus having a designated parking space. If we return to Seattle we will definitely chose this place to stay again!

Came for a wedding. The place was immaculate in a quite neighborhood. Loved that we had our own parking spot as parking can be a challenge. Our host left us bagels, cream cheese and jelly, a variety of coffee, snacks and a bottle of wine. The kitchen was well.stocked and we had plenty of towels.

Our favorite place to stay when we visit Seattle. Great location, walkable distance to the grocery store and park. Quick drive to Space Needle, Pikes, etc. The condo is extremely clean and comfortable. I can’t wait to visit again!

This is the third time we've stayed at this wonderful property and we've already book again for next year. The apartment is so comfortable and cozy: beds are comfortable with great linens, everything is spotless, the gas fireplace is perfect on chilly fall days, the kitchen is decked out with everything you need to cook, and they supply coffee, bagels, cheese and a few other treats to get you started (oh yes...and a bottle of wine). There are lovely views out the windows, gorgeous landscaping, and good parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. We walked to the Climate Pledge Arena for a hockey game (it's just a little over .5 miles away) and Queen Anne Hill with all it's retail is about one mile uphill (by car) . And the owner John is very very nice and considerate. We highly recommend this property.

My friend and I stayed at this condo during a getaway mom‘s weekend and it was perfect for the two of us! There were several restaurants we visited in walking distance and the Space Needle is a seven minute drive away. This is a great location! The place was clean and homey and we really appreciated the extras like snacks, wine and even coffee and sugar. Getting the key was a super easy process with the lockbox and I would definitely stay here again!

Can’t say enough positive. It’s in a great location just a short trip to all the attractions and neighborhoods you would want to visit. Easy walk to nearby restaurants and cafes. And the rental itself is terrific. Everything was as seen in the photos and the whole space is just so comfortable. I would absolutely re-book ona. return trip.

Pleasant apartment type of stay.
We enjoyed our stay. Well appointed place and good location. There were some odors occasionally from other apartments and the water temp in the shower would sometimes fluctuate if a toilet was flushed either above or below us. Ahhh, the life of an older but charming apartment/condo building. Linens and beds were very comfortable. Furnishings well appointed. Kitchen well stocked. And I really appreciate that the TV is at viewing height rather than up near the ceiling! Cheers!

Another PERFECT stay!
This is the second time we've rented this wonderful apartment. We stayed for 12 days and enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment is clean, cozy, with great amenities (robes, slippers, bathroom supplies, comfy bedding). This stay we really appreciated the well-decked out kitchen since we were preparing dessert and cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving at our son. Everything I needed was in the kitchen. Given the rain and cool temperatures we really enjoyed the easy to use fireplace (which we didn't need when we stayed during the summer). Mornings on the couch with the fire on and watching the little birds in the trees outside the window was a delight. The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood but within a 20 minute walk of a grocery store (Metropolitan) and Seattle Center (including the Climate Pledge Arena where we went to see the Kraken play). It's an easy 20 minute drive over to the Ballard and Fremont areas and down to the Seattle waterfront. The owner is so thoughtful. There is always a bottle of wine, cheese and crackers, some preserves, and bagels upon arrival. There is a well-stocked Keurig too. We highly recommend this spot, it's a great value!!!!! We will return again next time we visit our son.

Best value we've experienced with VRBO. Superb attention to detail. Amazing hospitality: wine, chocolates and snacks. Bagels with jam for the next morning. Towels, robes and slippers. Great property. Easy walk to lower QA... a little more to upper QA...for groceries, shops and restaurants. Great host on-site. We hosted son and daughter-in-law for a couple nights and a family dinner for six. Everybody loved the place.
