Very good

Hotel is Clean,Staff are great and smile always, a lot of parking slots,room space a bit small and bathroom with shampoo are okay Defiantly, would recommend it if you like to stay away from the city noise as well

No kettle Breakfast options is limited Noise at weekends due to disco club It can be very hot during summer time

It's clean. There is a restaurant / bar across the road.

Room was small and dull. Breakfast options very limited. Overall, too expensive for the level of services offered.

Disappointing.

No reception but found the left key ok.No fridge tea or coffee in room .Restaurant shut( not informed) Credit and debit cards didn’t work.Had to find a cash machine to pay.Won’t be going back.

POTENTIALLT VERY GOOD HOTEL LET DOWN BY MINOR ISSUES

In general this was a fairly good hotel. A little thought and minimal cost would make it so much better. Staff were helpful and friendly, the room was a decent size, the bathroom and shower were good. Breakfast was good. and the evening meals (at their restaurant (on the other side of the road) were good if expensive.

This is the only hotel I have stayed in, in any country (I have stayed in 10), where I have been given a single duvet for a double bed. Only one, thin, pillow originally provided - a second, better, one was given on request. I found the mattress rather hard. The room lighting needs rethinking; not adequate without the 'bedside light', yet this is no good (glares, points in the wrong direction, immovable) when actually in the bed.

Nice hotel and good location

Breakfast was basic, but good. Good quality and plenty We had the apartment and it was really good although the furniture is old and could be renewed Room with air conditioning which was very good as we had up to 38 degree

The apartment was top level (roof) and elevator would have been nice as we had a lot of luggage. Additionally the room height was not really high, so I would not recommend the top level to tall people.

Superb

The staffs are so nice and warming.

I've planned to have a dinner around there to tasting germany food, but everything is closed at 21:00.

Ok for work, but could be cold during the night...

Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Radiator TRVs were turned off, so when I arrived back from dinner, the room was freezing cold. I turned them on, it gave a massive noise, but the room did not heat up since the radiators were only slightly warm. During the night, the pump noise was still present, but the radiator was cold. They simply turned off the heating (but not the pump) during the night. Very annoying and far from minimum comfort expectations. I highly suggest to install some smart heating system, what the staff can control from distance while the room has a comfort temperature when the guest arrives and the guest has the control during the night and the stay.

HEUBODEN EXELLENT

There where nothing I did not like.Clean, friendly,helpful.I definitely will be back to this Hotel Very quite even with a lots off people staing there. Bus and Tram close by very easy and fsst going into Freiburg

Calm and kind

breakfast was good. Staff kind. The place was in the middle of nowhere but suitable for taking quickly the road we needed.

A coin self service in the building for cold drinks. We couyld not find it anywhere and in the area all shops and bars were closed

Good for the night, nothing fancy.

Location is quiet. Breakfast was simple, don't expect something fancy but it did the job. The Apartment we had was big and spacious enough for us. The staff is really friendly. The location is next to a supermarket so you can get your own food easily.

The floor in the apartment could have been a little cleaner. If you are a tall person then ask if it would be possible to not get the room under the roof. The reason is that the shower was not usable for people over 175 cm. The slope of the roof was too heavy to stand upright in the shower. The breakfast was also self service which could be problematic for hygiene reasons.

Nice small hotel

Very nice and hospitality service. Pretty hotel and nice, quiet place in a small town. Fantastic restaurant across the street. Big and comfortable room and beds for 3 guests. Good choise for one or two nights, You can rest and sleep well.

The breakfast was very poor. 😔 I understand, that because of the covid situation there is no buffet, but it has no connection with a quality and quantity of a food. Just a few slices of cheese and the cheapest sausage for three poeple. No vegetables, only boiled eggs. That's all. No food without gluten and milk, I had to eat my own bread, sausage and tomatoes.

Good transit stop

The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was more than good enough, considering the circumstances (Covid - 19). Easy to get to from Autobahn.
