Amazing hotel, fantastic staff, so clean, decorated with excellent taste, luxury rooms

Breakfast fabulous, amazing staff, hotel so comfortable and peaceful with a relaxing atmosphere ,it is a small hotel decorated beautifully and tastefully, the spa is just so peaceful -quite and relaxing, gym is a good size and has everything. Throughout out stay the hotel gave us yogurt and fruit at the pool, wraps were left in our room as we arrived late along with some dried fruit in case we were hungry, chocolate sweet with turn down bed each night, water left each day in our room - all free of charge !!!!! Would definitely recommend this hotel. 10/10 you will not be disappointed !!! Additional info - 15 minute walk to Kos town, Hire bike beside hotel for €5 for a full day, Kos town has boat trips for approx €35 for full day with lunch.

Nothing it was all fabulous- if I was to say anything would like to have indoor pool free.

Great stay, very relaxing, lovely breakfast- GREAT STAFF

Staff were excellent across the hotel, very attentive and nothing too much trouble. The hotel is immaculately clean and the room we stayed in was excellent. Taxi to Kos town was quick and cheap. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby but Kos Town has more variety.

Truly Exceptional - Restored my faith in the seemingly “lost art” of good customer service

Staying at Aqua Blu Hotel and Spa was a truly incredible experience. More and more in today’s world I feel the art of good customer service seems to have been forgotten. I can happily say this trip has made me realize it’s not been forgotten yet! From the moment we arrived, we had all our needs taken care of by a hugely helpful and polite team of staff. All of them were very kind and attentive, we actually ended up making friends with a few! The focus was always on making sure their customers were well taken care of and enjoying themselves; they well and truly succeeded with this. Stayed in an absolutely stunning Suite with Sea View. Immaculately clean with an amazing housekeeping team servicing it daily, with the option to even have it cleaned twice daily if you so desire. One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in and a luxurious bath and shower. All the amenities you’d expect and more left us wanting for nothing. A private beach just 30 seconds walk away made the experience for us where we spent the bulk of our time relaxing. Food and drink at the hotel was also very good. A well stocked bar and varied lunch and dinner menu were perfect for enjoying by the pool. The adjacent restaurant in the Hotel made a really enjoyable fine dining experience to mark a celebration. To top this all off, we were able to enjoy all of this at an extremely competitive price point for the service provided, and left feeling like we’d got tremendous value for our money and not having broken the bank. All in all, a flawless experience. We cannot wait to come back.

Beautiful place. Smart helpful staff. Terrific bartender. Healthy breakfast buffet. Big clean rooms. Big tub. Cool pools. the Aegean!

Everything about this property was outstanding. Finished to a very high level and modern style throughout, with great attention to detail. Modern, fashionable touch, spacious rooms. The Management were very attentive and easy to communicate. They are on to everything during our stay and there is great communication among themselves. Welcoming, Spa, the Bar, outstanding. Special thanks to GM Kostas and his amazing team.

Luxury boutique hotel with excellent customer service in tranquil location near Kos town

From the moment we walked in we were treated so well by the staff and felt utterly relaxed. We were offered a welcome drink on arrival while being checked in and all the staff (too many names to mention) were really helpful and friendly. I liked that it was a smallish boutique hotel which means you get a more personal service e.g staff usually addressed you by name and had the time to have chats and give recommendations. The decor of the hotel itself is lovely and modern and there is a really nice outdoor pool area and spa (extra charge for the sauna and indoor pool). I paid for a good haircut and shellac manicure in the spa. The outdoor pool is not heated but on a day of 23 degrees in May without much wind it was fine. Nice jacuzzi too! The room was spacious with a nice balcony. As we were there for my birthday the staff put a cheesecake in my room which was so nice. Nice turndown service too. Good location next to the beach in a peaceful and tranquil area. We hired bikes through the hotel for just 5 euros each a day which was great for going to Kos and other places e.g Ampeli vineyard and taverna which is about 10km away and delicious food). Excellent breakfast every day with lots of buffet options including amazing cakes and crepes and also a la carte menu. Freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious too.

Perfect Stay with an amazing customer service experience

We had a great experience. Customer service is excellent. They help us in everything we needed. Rooms are nice and clean. We had a pool in the room which was a plus although the other pool is also amazing. The Spa is great as well. Really good place to relax.

The breakfast menu was a bit limited same with the lunch menu with no many options for vegans/pescatarians. No fish at all in the menu. Spa a bit overpriced but there are options nearby you can book outside the hotel

Relaxing and quiet with excellent service

Excellent service and a very quiet place to relax. The beautiful private beach is right next to the hotel, but you can also use the nice pool. Food is delicious and the spa with lots of massages is absolutely great.

loved the pool area, proximity to the beach and main town. lovely staff.

it was small things but the floors and corners were dirty/dusty. other smaller things like not having full blackout curtains so I kept getting woken up by the sun.

Fabulous hotel

Comfort, service, view, staff friendliness. Quality of everything.

Although the temperature is still 27 degrees, at this time of year it’s much windier than say July, and the exposed location makes it a little chilly. Granted the hotel can’t control the weather, however, maybe some additional glass screens would help alleviate the wind at the property.

Great Modern Hotel for Adults with perfect service.

Great service and Hotel Team — well trained and ready to support in any question. Very polite and nice hostess girl on the reception area. Great modern interior — very cozy and comfortable to use. Big room with nice decoration, air conditioning was switched on before so there was very comfortable from the moment I entered the room. Great looking restaurant (had only breakfast). Amazing jazz music across the hotel — special thanks for that!

The bedroom is not a separate room but a part of the whole room area — less comfortable because it is a bit chilly in the room (and therefore in the bedroom as well). Breakfast is good but the food variety is not very wide. Hotel is for adults only so perfect choice to stay only if you don't have children (I would be happy to return but no option since I have a 6-year old son).

Very pleasant and 200% corresponding to my expectations

Breakfast is just gorgeous! Staff wonderfully friendly and helpful. The hotel is overlooking a sandy beach with pristine waters and a private area with sun beds and shadows. You just have to cross a small road. The swimming pool is very nice and the water surrounds some of the breakfast and dining areas. Some bedrooms have private pools. You are very near of Kos town, but without all the bustle and hustle of the touristic areas. The bar serves delicious meals ( try the risotto, fabulous!) and drinks and if you want something more elaborate, try the restaurant I ‘will return for sure!

The size of the room is correct, but not huge and the privacy of the shower/bath area is not ideal, if you are not a couple...(I've shared my room with a friend)

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, great room and facilities

Location is 15 mins from Kos town, needing a taxi for evenings but you wouldn’t get the size of rooms, fantastic pool and general facilities in a central setting
